資源約束下電力工程項目進度計劃編排研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展以及人民生活水平的不斷提高,攀升的電力需求使電力建設不斷加快。在大規(guī)模電力工程項目的投資建設活動中,有效的進度管理可以使項目早日投產(chǎn)運行并產(chǎn)生效益,同時還能很好地減少資金占用。而合理的項目進度計劃是有效進行進度管理與控制的前提和保證。因此研究如何在施工過程中編制與優(yōu)化施工進度計劃,以實現(xiàn)均衡施工,達成工期最短具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。由于其自身的特性,電力建設工程進度計劃編排屬于資源供給量隨時間變化并存在資源窗口期且工序有多種執(zhí)行模式的資源受限項目調(diào)度問題(RCPSP)。在目前RCPSP領域的研究中,任務拆分問題是一個研究熱點。由于在進行進度計劃編排時將任務進行拆分可以避免資源的脈沖式使用,使其投入更加均衡,因此無論對于以資源均衡還是工期最短為目標的RCPSP問題來說都有重要的意義。然而理論研究中能夠使工期大幅縮減的任務拆分在工程實際中卻難以得到施展,這是因為在實際工作中打斷一個正在進行的工序意味著人員、材料、機械的轉(zhuǎn)移與工作面的保護問題,在時間和費用上需要付出相應的代價,強行拆分工序的調(diào)度方案很可能在實際工作當中得不償失。為了彌合這種理論與工程實際的脫節(jié),本文將一種不會導致額外時間與費用代價的工序拆分形式從一般的工序拆分形式中分離出來,并將其定義為非占先工序拆分,方便與任意的占先工序拆分相對應。然后對比兩種工序拆分形式在調(diào)度方案優(yōu)化方面起到作用的大小。本文首先介紹了該論文的研究背景及意義,就國內(nèi)外資源約束下項目調(diào)度問題的研究現(xiàn)狀做了較為詳細的綜合論述。其次,闡述了項目進度計劃優(yōu)化的相關理論。在此基礎上,從均衡施工的角度對占先拆分在工期優(yōu)化中的作用進行了探討。然后按照進度計劃編排時允許進行工序占先拆分、只允許對工序進行非占先拆分、不允許進行工序拆分三種情況分別建立數(shù)學模型,并采用基于優(yōu)先級的分支定界法來求解該問題,最后通過算例研究得到了三種任務拆分方式下電力工程項目施工進度的對比結(jié)果,并以某電力工程項目進度計劃編排實例驗證了本文所設計的電力工程項目進度計劃編排模型與算法在解決此類問題時的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the rising power demand accelerates the electric power construction. In the investment and construction activities of large-scale electric power engineering project, effective schedule management can make the project put into operation as soon as possible and produce benefits, at the same time, it can also reduce the capital occupation. Reasonable project schedule is the premise and guarantee of effective schedule management and control. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study how to draw up and optimize the construction schedule in the construction process in order to realize the balanced construction and achieve the shortest construction period. Because of its own characteristics, the scheduling of electric power construction project is a kind of resource constrained project scheduling problem with resource supply varying with time and resource window period, and the process has many execution modes. Task splitting is a hot topic in the field of RCPSP. Since splitting tasks can avoid the impulsive use of resources and make their input more balanced, it is of great significance to solve the problem of RCPSP which aims at resource balance or the shortest duration. However, in theoretical research, the task that can reduce the duration greatly is difficult to carry out in engineering practice, because interrupting an ongoing process in actual work means people, materials, The transfer of machinery and the protection of working face need to pay the corresponding cost in time and cost. The scheduling scheme of forced split process may outweigh the gain in actual work. In order to bridge the disconnection between this theory and engineering practice, this paper separates a kind of process separation form which does not lead to extra time and cost cost from the general process separation form, and defines it as non-preemptive process separation. Convenient and arbitrary preemptive process split corresponding. Then compare the size of the two kinds of process split in the optimization of scheduling scheme. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of this paper, and makes a detailed and comprehensive discussion on the research status of project scheduling problem under resource constraints at home and abroad. Secondly, the related theory of project schedule optimization is expounded. On this basis, the role of preemptive split in the optimization of construction period is discussed from the point of view of balanced construction. Then, according to the schedule schedule, it is allowed to split the process first, only to split the process without preemption, and not to set up the mathematical model of each of the three cases. The priority based branch and bound method is used to solve the problem. Finally, the comparison results of the construction schedule of power engineering projects under three different task splitting methods are obtained by a numerical example. The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm in solving this kind of problems is verified by an example of the scheduling of a power engineering project.
