用于解決電網(wǎng)輸電阻塞的機(jī)組降壓運(yùn)行方案多階段優(yōu)選方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)電網(wǎng)存在的500 kV網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸容量不足問(wèn)題,提出一種機(jī)組降壓運(yùn)行方案的多階段優(yōu)選方法。首先,根據(jù)機(jī)組電壓等級(jí)和機(jī)組容量與負(fù)荷的匹配度確定降壓機(jī)組方案的候選集合;然后,選取系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)損、線路潮流過(guò)載率、電壓偏移率、靜態(tài)電壓穩(wěn)定裕度、靜態(tài)靈敏度和短路電流作為機(jī)組降壓運(yùn)行方案的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并構(gòu)建線性加權(quán)的優(yōu)化模型,采用變異系數(shù)法計(jì)算優(yōu)化模型的權(quán)重,根據(jù)優(yōu)化結(jié)果對(duì)待選降壓方案進(jìn)行綜合排序;最后,對(duì)降壓運(yùn)行方案進(jìn)行N-1校核和穩(wěn)定性計(jì)算,綜合分析各個(gè)方案對(duì)電網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定性影響,最終優(yōu)選出降壓運(yùn)行方案。以某電網(wǎng)為例,結(jié)果表明所提方法能夠有效緩解500 kV網(wǎng)絡(luò)輸電阻塞問(wèn)題,降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗、優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of insufficient transmission capacity in 500 kV power network, a multi-stage optimal selection method of unit voltage reduction operation scheme is proposed.Firstly, according to the voltage grade of the unit and the matching degree between the unit capacity and the load, the candidate set of the decompression unit scheme is determined. Then, the system network loss, line power flow overload rate, voltage offset rate, static voltage stability margin are selected.The static sensitivity and short-circuit current are used as the evaluation indexes of the operation scheme of the unit, and the linear weighted optimization model is constructed. The weight of the optimization model is calculated by using the variation coefficient method, and the selected voltage reduction scheme is ranked synthetically according to the optimization results.Finally, the N-1 check and stability calculation are carried out to analyze the influence of each scheme on the security and stability of the power network, and finally select the optimal operation scheme.Taking a power network as an example, the results show that the proposed method can effectively alleviate the transmission congestion problem of 500 kV network, reduce the network loss and optimize the network architecture.
