基于PSPICE仿真的單相交流調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:自20世紀(jì)90年代起,AC-AC斬波器一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外功率變換領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的研究熱點(diǎn)。AC-AC斬波器是一種將一種頻率幅值的交流電源變換成為另一種頻率幅值的交流電源的電子設(shè)備,常應(yīng)用在工業(yè)照明、電機(jī)軟啟動(dòng)、家用電器和風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)速等領(lǐng)域。目前,工頻AC-AC斬波器應(yīng)用最為廣泛,然而關(guān)于工頻AC-AC斬波器的理論研究較多,實(shí)際應(yīng)用策略較少,因而本文從實(shí)際應(yīng)用角度出發(fā),深入地研究了單相降壓工頻AC-AC斬波器,提出了一整套單相降壓工頻AC-AC斬波器(以下均稱交流Buck變換器)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地實(shí)驗(yàn)分析并說(shuō)明了交流Buck變換器的未來(lái)發(fā)展方向。首先由DC-DC變換器入手,詳細(xì)推導(dǎo)了交流Buck型變換器的基本工作原理,并分析了控制時(shí)序問(wèn)題,從而驗(yàn)證了交流Buck型變換器的可行性。接著對(duì)變換器系統(tǒng)輸出濾波電感、濾波電容及RCD緩沖電路等主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行了理論分析,結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用得出了一系列計(jì)算公式,為下面的PSPICE仿真奠定基礎(chǔ)。PSPICE仿真主要應(yīng)用于項(xiàng)目前期電路原理和功能性驗(yàn)證,本文以理論推導(dǎo)為基礎(chǔ)并結(jié)合變換器實(shí)際工作要求構(gòu)建了交流Buck變換器仿真電路。仿真表明了理論分析在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的局限性。通過(guò)對(duì)比波形分析結(jié)果,以負(fù)載電流和開(kāi)關(guān)器件峰值電壓為核心點(diǎn),提出一套適用于實(shí)際應(yīng)用的參數(shù)選擇方法,為后期樣機(jī)調(diào)試和實(shí)驗(yàn)分析奠定了基礎(chǔ)。在仿真的基礎(chǔ)上,制造了一臺(tái)功率1KW的實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,RCD緩沖電路能夠有效地解決死區(qū)時(shí)間內(nèi)電路續(xù)流問(wèn)題,變換器輸出紋波電流和輸出紋波電壓小,輸出電壓過(guò)零點(diǎn)處不存在電壓畸變,驗(yàn)證了交流Buck變換器優(yōu)良的工作性能。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, AC-AC chopper has been a research hotspot in the field of power conversion at home and abroad. AC-AC chopper is an electronic device that converts AC power supply with one frequency amplitude into another AC power supply with another frequency amplitude. It is often used in the fields of industrial lighting, motor soft start, household appliances and fan speed regulation. At present, the power frequency AC-AC chopper is the most widely used. However, there are more theoretical studies on the power frequency AC-AC chopper and fewer practical application strategies. Therefore, from the point of view of practical application, the single-phase step-down power frequency AC-AC chopper is deeply studied, and a set of design methods of single-phase step-down power frequency AC-AC chopper (hereinafter referred to as AC Buck converter) are presented. The key parameters of the system are analyzed in detail and the future development direction of AC Buck converter is explained. Firstly, the basic working principle of AC Buck converter is deduced from DC-DC converter, and the control timing problem is analyzed. The feasibility of AC Buck converter is verified. Then the main parameters such as output filter inductor, filter capacitance and RCD snubber are theoretically analyzed, and a series of calculation formulas are obtained combining with practical application. To lay a foundation for the following PSPICE simulation. PSpice simulation is mainly used in the early stage of the project circuit principle and functional verification, In this paper, the simulation circuit of AC Buck converter is constructed on the basis of theoretical derivation and combined with practical requirements of converter. The simulation shows the limitation of theoretical analysis in practical application. Taking the load current and the peak voltage of the switch device as the core points, a set of parameter selection method suitable for practical application is proposed, which lays a foundation for the later prototype debugging and experimental analysis. An experimental prototype with power of 1KW is manufactured. The experimental results show that the RCD snubber circuit can effectively solve the problem of circuit continuation in dead time, and the output ripple current and output ripple voltage of the converter are small. There is no voltage distortion when the output voltage is over 00:00, which verifies the excellent performance of AC Buck converter.
