核電汽輪機(jī)高壓級(jí)內(nèi)非定常流動(dòng)對(duì)自發(fā)凝結(jié)的影響

【摘要】:為研究核電汽輪機(jī)高壓級(jí)內(nèi)非定常流動(dòng)對(duì)濕蒸汽凝結(jié)流動(dòng)液滴直徑、壓力以及濕汽損失等參數(shù)分布的影響,采用濕蒸汽非平衡凝結(jié)相變模型,對(duì)定常與非定常流動(dòng)狀態(tài)下濕蒸汽自發(fā)凝結(jié)流動(dòng)進(jìn)行三維數(shù)值分析。結(jié)果表明:非定常凝結(jié)流動(dòng)趨于穩(wěn)定時(shí),各項(xiàng)參數(shù)的分布呈現(xiàn)周期性變化規(guī)律。非定常流動(dòng)的動(dòng)靜干涉現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致周向流場(chǎng)具有非均勻性,濕蒸汽級(jí)內(nèi)的軸端功率下降0.266%。非定常流動(dòng)過程中的靜葉尾跡現(xiàn)象致使下游動(dòng)葉通道內(nèi)自發(fā)凝結(jié)的液滴直徑減小。非定常凝結(jié)流動(dòng)的壓力位勢(shì)作用使得動(dòng)葉出口平均壓力提高。非定常流動(dòng)引起濕蒸汽凝結(jié)的熱力學(xué)損失與制動(dòng)損失分別升高62.27%和1.88%,疏水損失降低0.233%。
[Abstract]:For the study of nuclear steam turbine high pressure unsteady flow in the flow of droplet diameter on the pressure distribution and the effect of wet steam, wet steam loss parameters, using wet steam non-equilibrium condensation model of steady and unsteady flow of wet steam condensation flow three dimensional numerical analysis. The results showed as follows: the unsteady condensing flow tends to be stable when the distribution parameters of the present periodic change. The unsteady flow movement interference phenomenon leads to heterogeneity to the week end of wet steam flow, power down a shaft in the unsteady flow of stator wake phenomenon in the process of moving blades in the downstream channel of spontaneous condensation the droplet diameter decreases 0.266%.. The unsteady condensing flow pressure potential effect makes the rotor exit average pressure increase. The unsteady flow caused by the thermodynamic loss and brake loss of wet steam condensation were increased 62.27% and 1.88%, the loss of hydrophobicity decreased by 0.233%.
