【摘要】:采用燒結(jié)鎳為正極,添加氧化亞鈷和羰基鎳粉的儲(chǔ)氫材料為負(fù)極,聚乙烯(PE)/聚丙烯(PP)的復(fù)合物為隔膜,制備得到通信設(shè)備用富液式QNG90方形氫鎳電池,對(duì)所得電池充放電時(shí)的溫度變化及電化學(xué)性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,并與貧液式QNF90方形氫鎳電池進(jìn)行比較。當(dāng)富液式電池以0.2 C充電6 h,溫升為5.0℃;以1.0 C放電,溫升為9.5℃。20℃下對(duì)電池進(jìn)行倍率放電與低溫放電測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)富液式電池以10.0 C放電至0.8 V的放電容量為室溫0.2 C放電容量的73.4%,-40℃下以0.2 C放電時(shí)容量為常溫0.2 C放電容量的75.2%,50℃下滿容量電池以1.436 V恒壓浮充50 h,未出現(xiàn)熱失控和電流失控,0.2 C充放電的循環(huán)次數(shù)超過1 100次。
[Abstract]:By using sintered nickel as positive electrode, hydrogen storage material with cobalt oxide and carbonyl nickel powder as negative electrode and PE / PP / PP composite as diaphragm, liquid rich QNG90 square nickel-hydrogen battery for communication equipment was prepared. The temperature change and electrochemical performance of the battery during charge and discharge were measured and compared with that of the lean liquid type QNF90 square nickel hydride battery.
