【摘要】:線性可變差動(dòng)傳感器(LVDT)是汽輪機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)中反饋調(diào)節(jié)閥開(kāi)度的重要測(cè)量部件,對(duì)汽輪機(jī)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行具有重要作用。本文在計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用狀態(tài)擬合、目標(biāo)跟蹤及模式識(shí)別等算法,提出了一種能夠適應(yīng)于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的汽輪機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)閥LVDT故障自動(dòng)監(jiān)控技術(shù),通過(guò)LVDT視頻圖像目標(biāo)區(qū)域的角點(diǎn)檢測(cè),判斷LVDT視頻圖像拉桿位移量,從而確定調(diào)節(jié)閥開(kāi)度,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)熱工儀表信息,判斷調(diào)節(jié)閥LVDT是否出現(xiàn)故障。該技術(shù)能夠彌補(bǔ)人工巡檢的不足,主動(dòng)、連續(xù)對(duì)汽輪機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)閥LVDT的運(yùn)行工況進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,有效避免因調(diào)節(jié)閥LVDT斷裂、脫落等故障發(fā)現(xiàn)不及時(shí)導(dǎo)致汽輪機(jī)運(yùn)行工況失衡的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:The linear variable differential sensor (LVDT) is an important part of measuring the opening of feedback control valve in steam turbine servo system, which plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of steam turbine. This paper adopts state fitting on the basis of computer vision. Based on target tracking and pattern recognition algorithms, an automatic fault monitoring technique for turbine regulating valve LVDT is proposed, which can be used in industrial field. By detecting corner of target area of LVDT video image, the displacement of pull rod in LVDT video image is judged. In order to determine the opening of the regulating valve, combined with the information of the field thermal instrument, to judge whether the LVDT of the regulating valve is in trouble, the technology can make up for the deficiency of manual inspection, take the initiative and monitor the running condition of the LVDT of the steam turbine control valve continuously. The unbalance of steam turbine operating condition can be avoided effectively because of the failure of LVDT breakage and falling off of regulating valve.
