【摘要】:同步磁阻電機(jī)具有價(jià)格低廉、加工簡單、結(jié)構(gòu)可靠以及轉(zhuǎn)矩密度較高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),近年來在一些低成本交流調(diào)速領(lǐng)域得到了關(guān)注。然而,同步磁阻電機(jī)待優(yōu)化參數(shù)眾多,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)困難,且電機(jī)固有功率因數(shù)低、轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)較大。研究同步磁阻電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,以及結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對電機(jī)性能的影響,對于推廣其在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,具有十分重要的意義。本文首先總結(jié)了同步磁阻電機(jī)的常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)方法,指出每種設(shè)計(jì)方法的實(shí)現(xiàn)流程,分析其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及適用條件。進(jìn)而提出一種電機(jī)性能的快速預(yù)測方法,適合電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的前期初步設(shè)計(jì)。進(jìn)而研究了電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對性能的影響,詳細(xì)討論了同步磁阻電機(jī)的極對數(shù)、裂比、繞組形式、定子鐵芯以及轉(zhuǎn)子鐵芯的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)律,為同步磁阻電機(jī)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考。最后將同步磁阻電機(jī)的定轉(zhuǎn)子與開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的定轉(zhuǎn)子分別組合,得到四種不同結(jié)構(gòu)形式的電機(jī),研究了四種電機(jī)的性能差異及各自優(yōu)勢。并對比了同步磁阻電機(jī)與永磁輔助同步磁阻電機(jī),詳細(xì)討論了兩種電機(jī)的工作特性。
[Abstract]:Synchronous reluctance motor has many advantages, such as low cost, simple processing, reliable structure and high torque density. In recent years, it has been paid attention to in some low-cost AC speed regulation fields. There are many parameters to be optimized for synchronous reluctance motor, so it is difficult to optimize design, and the inherent power factor is low and torque ripple is large. The design method of synchronous reluctance motor and the influence of structure parameters on the performance of synchronous reluctance motor are studied. This paper summarizes the conventional design methods of synchronous reluctance motor and points out the realization flow of each design method. The advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions of the motor are analyzed. Then a fast prediction method of motor performance is proposed, which is suitable for the preliminary design of motor structural parameters, and the influence of motor structural parameters on performance is also studied. The pole logarithm, split ratio, winding form, stator core and rotor core of synchronous reluctance motor are discussed in detail. It provides a reference for the optimal design of synchronous reluctance motor. Finally, the stator and rotor of synchronous reluctance motor and the stator and rotor of switched reluctance motor are combined separately to obtain four kinds of motor with different structure. The performance differences of four kinds of motors and their respective advantages are studied. The synchronous reluctance motor and the permanent magnet auxiliary synchronous reluctance motor are compared, and the working characteristics of the two kinds of motors are discussed in detail.
