【摘要】:定子電勵磁無刷同步電機是一種新型的電勵磁同步電機,它取消了電刷和滑環(huán),具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,運行性安全可靠,功率因數(shù)可調(diào)等優(yōu)點。其定子上有兩套獨立的極數(shù)不同的繞組,分別稱作電樞繞組和勵磁繞組;傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)子主要有籠型轉(zhuǎn)子和磁阻轉(zhuǎn)子兩類。但是傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)子的耦合能力較差,因此本文提出了具有強耦合能力的隔磁磁障與短路籠條相結(jié)合的混合轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)。目前混合轉(zhuǎn)子定子電勵磁無刷同步電機存在兩個突出的問題分別為:尚未找到電機參數(shù)的準確計算的方法和缺少仿真用的電機數(shù)學(xué)模型。圍繞著兩個問題,本文做了以下研究:(1)為了分析電機的基本電磁關(guān)系和運行機理,本文采用傳統(tǒng)的電機的分析方法,建立了混合轉(zhuǎn)子定子電勵磁無刷同步電機的數(shù)學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)出了電機的等效電路、電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩表達式和電磁功率的計算公式。(2)為了研究所提出的混合轉(zhuǎn)子的耦合能力,本文研究了混合轉(zhuǎn)子的磁場調(diào)制原理,疊加法與繞組函數(shù)法相結(jié)合,建立了混合轉(zhuǎn)子無刷電勵磁同步電機電感參數(shù)模型,研究了混合轉(zhuǎn)子定子電勵磁無刷同步電機電感參數(shù)解析計算方法,通過編制程序?qū)﹄姍C的電感參數(shù)進行計算,得出了電感參數(shù)隨轉(zhuǎn)子位置變化的規(guī)律。(3)為了研究混合轉(zhuǎn)子定子電勵磁無刷同步電機不同運行方式下的運行特性,分別建立了abc坐標系和dq坐標系下的混合轉(zhuǎn)子新型無刷電勵磁同步電機的數(shù)學(xué)模型。根據(jù)不同運行方式下的端電壓的約束條件,對電機在電動狀態(tài)下的異步起動、牽入同步和突加負載等性能以及在發(fā)電機狀態(tài)下的空載特性、短路特性、外特性和調(diào)整特性等進行了仿真研究。(4)為了驗證混合轉(zhuǎn)子定子電勵磁無刷同步電機的計算和仿真結(jié)果,對樣機進行實驗研究。為了驗證電感參數(shù)計算模型的正確性,本文采用靜測法對電機的電感參數(shù)進行測量。分別對樣機在電動運行方式和發(fā)電運行方式進行了實驗研究,驗證了研究方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:The stator of electric excitation brushless synchronous motor is a kind of new electrical excitation synchronous motor, it cancels the brush and slip ring, has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable operation, adjustable power factor and so on. There are two independent sets of very different number of windings of the stator, respectively called armature winding and excitation winding; traditional the main rotor cage rotor and reluctance rotor two. But the traditional rotor coupling ability is poor, so this paper put forward the magnetic barrier and short circuit cage combined with hybrid rotor structure with strong coupling capability. The hybrid rotor stator excitation there are two prominent problems respectively: method of brushless synchronous motor the accurate calculation of motor parameters has not been found and the lack of motor mathematical model simulation used. Around two problems, this paper made the following research: (1) to the basic electromagnetic relation and operation analysis of machine motor, this paper By using the method of traditional motor, establishes the mathematical model of hybrid rotor stator electric excitation brushless synchronous motor, deduced the calculation formula of the equivalent circuit of the motor, the electromagnetic torque and power. The expressions of electromagnetic coupling hybrid rotor (2) in order to study the proposed capacity, this dissertation studies the principle of magnetic field modulation hybrid rotor the combination of superposition method and winding function method, hybrid rotor brushless excitation synchronous motor inductance model is established based on hybrid rotor stator excitation analytic calculation method of brushless synchronous motor inductance parameters through the inductance parameter program of motor is calculated, the inductance varies with the rotor position change rule. (3) to study the operating characteristics of hybrid rotor stator electric excitation brushless synchronous motor under different operating modes of the hybrid rotor ABC coordinates and DQ coordinates are established A new mathematical model for brushless excitation synchronous motor. According to the constraint conditions of terminal voltage under different operating modes of the starting of asynchronous motor in electric condition, synchronization and load performance and load characteristics in the generator under the condition of short-circuit characteristic, external characteristic and adjustment characteristics are simulated study. (4) the results of calculation and simulation to validate the hybrid rotor stator electric excitation brushless synchronous motor, experiments were carried out on the prototype. In order to verify the validity of the calculation of inductance parameter model, this paper adopts static measurement of inductance motor parameters were measured respectively. The prototype in electric operation mode and operation mode of power generation the experimental study verified the correctness of the research method.
