Road Safety Management in Cambodia

隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷地增長(zhǎng),各種運(yùn)輸方式的運(yùn)輸量也逐年增加。注冊(cè)車(chē)輛每年都在增加。因?yàn)榈缆肥褂谜邔?duì)道路交通法規(guī)的認(rèn)識(shí)有限,將引起道路交通事故的原因,道路交通事故的死亡增加了接近兩倍。平均而言,每天會(huì)有5個(gè)人死亡,不計(jì)所留下來(lái)的孤兒、寡婦和殘障人士。除了對(duì)人們的直接影響,諸如子孫、兄弟姐妹、父母和朋友的離去,金融和家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)損失等因素之外,每年也會(huì)造成數(shù)百萬(wàn)美金的國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。如果可以減少道路交通事故,將會(huì)節(jié)省大量的國(guó)家預(yù)算。從這個(gè)情況可以看出,交通事故對(duì)國(guó)家的發(fā)展造成了巨大的影響。勞動(dòng)人民,諸如學(xué)生,畢業(yè)生和公務(wù)員等人員都遭遇了傷害、死亡或者致殘,造成社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)力量的巨大損失。因此,為了找出柬埔寨交通事故的主要原因,本研究旨在從道路交通事故和因果關(guān)系的角度來(lái)確定道路交通安全的現(xiàn)狀。提出了一種事故預(yù)測(cè)模型,來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)在柬埔寨的未來(lái)事故情況,利用R軟件對(duì)觀測(cè)到的事故歷史進(jìn)行模型參數(shù)的標(biāo)定,并計(jì)算出主要道路的事故指標(biāo)。本文還提出了未來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)和一些關(guān)鍵的建議,來(lái)改善柬埔寨的道路安全。
