最近發(fā)生的一系列災(zāi)難和恐怖主義行為引起了人們對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈脆弱性的廣泛關(guān)注。貨物通過(guò)多種方式在大陸和大洲之間運(yùn)輸,但是運(yùn)輸?shù)姆�(wěn)定性和時(shí)效性變得越來(lái)越難以評(píng)估。然而,海港是連接全球貿(mào)易中不可或缺的節(jié)點(diǎn)。海事有其復(fù)雜的功能并且它關(guān)系著現(xiàn)在海運(yùn)供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。因此,在陸地與海洋的交互作用中,港口功能,供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和港口角色都影響著海上供應(yīng)鏈中斷。加納港口管理局（GPHA）宣布通過(guò)積極追求多樣性,以增加貨運(yùn)量和收入。因此,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)多元化目標(biāo),GPHA必須認(rèn)識(shí)到目前港口在供應(yīng)鏈中的整體作用,港口脆弱性會(huì)對(duì)海上供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的多米諾效應(yīng),以及對(duì)其實(shí)現(xiàn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和市場(chǎng)反應(yīng)所做的努力產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響。然而,擁有可靠運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理的港口在確保港口供應(yīng)鏈持續(xù)性方面將發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。因此,本文提出了一個(gè)管理模型,旨在協(xié)助港口處理供應(yīng)鏈中斷問(wèn)題,并降低港口供應(yīng)鏈中斷產(chǎn)生的威脅。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述確定了 19個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈中斷點(diǎn)�；谶@些數(shù)據(jù),建立以港口為中心的中斷性事件的解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型（ISM）。本文的目的是識(shí)別和理解這些中斷性事件之間的相互關(guān)系,以及他們?nèi)绾斡绊懱伛R港口供應(yīng)鏈。同時(shí),本文采用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷研究的方式,從港口工人和使用者的...
