達飛輪船公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

海運作為國際運輸中歷史悠久、運輸量大以及成本低廉的運輸方式,是國際貿(mào)易中最主要的運輸方式。現(xiàn)階段國際航運物流的發(fā)展隨著世界經(jīng)濟一體化的深入已經(jīng)比較成熟,國際航運市場的競爭日趨激烈,加之近年來歐美經(jīng)濟增長速度放緩,燃油、造船等成本的不斷攀升,國際集裝箱運輸市場出現(xiàn)了整體變冷的趨勢。面對不利的市場環(huán)境,航運企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型迫在眉睫,大聯(lián)盟的整合時代正在到來,全球前二十家班輪公司紛紛尋找伙伴組合戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,CKHY、G6、2M、O3等聯(lián)盟陸續(xù)橫空出世。在此背景下,戰(zhàn)略管理作為企業(yè)提升核心競爭力的重要手段,其肩負著改善企業(yè)經(jīng)營水平,合理提升盈利空間,有效控制經(jīng)營成本,以及提升產(chǎn)品核心機制的重任。本文以達飛輪船航運公司(以下簡稱:達飛輪船)為研究對像,通過對本公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析,同時結(jié)合國際航運市場的行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析,以有效挖掘出企業(yè)在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方面的問題,并提出行之有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。為戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的實踐和研究,提供相對可靠的研究基礎(chǔ)。本文研究的內(nèi)容主要包括以下部分:首先,概述研究背景與意義并對涉及的文獻進行綜述和理論基礎(chǔ)分析,為本文的研究打下基礎(chǔ)。其次,探討達飛輪船發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題。在對公...
