【摘要】：在國(guó)內(nèi)散貨碼頭自動(dòng)化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整需求的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)堆、取料機(jī)間機(jī)械臂碰撞問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了防撞監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),對(duì)預(yù)警碰撞和安全關(guān)閉進(jìn)行了有效的設(shè)計(jì)。采用雙天線(xiàn)的GPS模塊定位技術(shù)對(duì)大機(jī)進(jìn)行定位,基于定位數(shù)據(jù)采用2D的OBB(orient bounding box)碰撞檢測(cè)算法對(duì)機(jī)器臂進(jìn)行空間建模與碰撞檢測(cè),設(shè)計(jì)了大機(jī)防碰撞監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)器臂碰撞預(yù)警與安全停機(jī)的目的。該方案解決了大機(jī)碰撞檢測(cè)的實(shí)時(shí)問(wèn)題,可以較好地應(yīng)用于堆場(chǎng)作業(yè),有利于提高堆取料機(jī)作業(yè)效率和自動(dòng)化水平。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the development trend of the domestic bulk terminal and the demand of the industrial structure adjustment, the problem of the mechanical arm collision between the pile and the reclaimer is studied. On this basis, the anti-collision monitoring system is designed, and the early-warning collision and the safety shutdown are effectively designed. In this paper, a two-antenna GPS module positioning technology is used to position the large machine, and the machine arm is subjected to space modeling and collision detection based on the positioning data, and a large-machine anti-collision monitoring system is designed so as to realize the purpose of collision early warning and safety shutdown of the machine arm. The scheme solves the real-time problem of the collision detection of the large machine, can be well applied to the storage yard operation, and is beneficial to improving the operation efficiency and the automation level of the stacker-reclaimer.
