鋼箱拱橋纜索吊裝施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)突飛猛進(jìn)的增長,國家對(duì)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)有了更多的投資,尤其對(duì)我國高速公路的建設(shè)投資達(dá)到了一個(gè)高峰期。我國是一個(gè)多山多水的國家,其中山地面積是我國國土面積的69%,處于河流和山區(qū)的橋梁,由于所在的地理位置對(duì)我們橋梁的施工帶來了很多的困難,既增加了施工難度,又增加了投資成本。因此,對(duì)通航有要求或流水比較急速的河流中,我們更多的采用纜索吊裝施工法來修建我們所需要的橋型。這樣,在這些地區(qū)修建橋梁時(shí),纜索吊裝才能顯現(xiàn)出它的優(yōu)勢(shì),所以纜索吊裝施工技術(shù)的研究對(duì)橋梁施工有著非常重要的意義和作用,以適應(yīng)這一類橋梁施工發(fā)展的需求。本文簡述了拱橋的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,拱橋傳統(tǒng)的施工方法及拱橋纜索吊裝施工法的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,纜索吊裝施工法發(fā)展主要從纜索吊裝理論研究和實(shí)際的工程應(yīng)用兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了論述。論文以羅文大橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘?并參考南寧大橋纜索吊裝施工技術(shù),初步確定了羅文大橋纜索吊裝系統(tǒng)各索的型號(hào)。對(duì)拱橋纜索吊裝施工技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)和塔架分析計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。纜索吊裝關(guān)鍵技術(shù)就是要控制塔頂?shù)奈灰?從而減小塔架承受的彎矩,控制塔頂?shù)奈灰浦饕峭ㄟ^控制塔頂所受的水平力。根據(jù)索型的選擇,介紹了四種懸索理論,分別是懸鏈線、拋物線、懸索曲線及攝動(dòng)法理論。同時(shí),本文根據(jù)懸索理論,主要計(jì)算了主索承載力及安全系數(shù)計(jì)算、主索應(yīng)力計(jì)算及主索安裝計(jì)算;牽引索的牽引力和牽引安全系數(shù)的計(jì)算;起重索的張力、接觸應(yīng)力及安全系數(shù)的計(jì)算;纜風(fēng)索安全系數(shù)的計(jì)算。纜索吊裝系統(tǒng)的塔架是纜索吊裝中非常重要的結(jié)構(gòu),塔架結(jié)構(gòu)安全關(guān)系到整個(gè)施工過程是否順利進(jìn)行,在以前的施工過程中,由于塔架系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的不合理造成了很多的不必要的事故。在本文中,利用有限元軟件Midas對(duì)主塔架和扣塔系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了完整的建模,同時(shí)用Midas對(duì)塔架系統(tǒng)和扣塔系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性及桿件內(nèi)力進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算,通過計(jì)算分析,主塔和扣塔桿件的受力在規(guī)定的范圍之內(nèi),穩(wěn)定性也滿足規(guī)范的要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of our country, the state has more investment in infrastructure construction, especially in the construction of expressway in China has reached a peak. China is a mountainous and watery country, in which the mountain area is 69% of the land area of our country, and it is located in the river and mountain bridge. because of its geographical location, it has brought a lot of difficulties to the construction of our bridge, which not only increases the difficulty of construction, but also increases the investment cost. Therefore, in rivers with navigation requirements or rapid water flow, we use cable hoisting construction method to build the bridge type we need. In this way, when the bridge is built in these areas, the cable hoisting can show its advantages, so the research of cable hoisting construction technology is of great significance and function to the bridge construction, in order to meet the needs of the development of this kind of bridge construction. This paper briefly describes the development of arch bridge at home and abroad, the traditional construction method of arch bridge and the development status of cable hoisting construction method of arch bridge. The development of cable hoisting construction method is mainly discussed from two aspects: the theoretical research and practical engineering application of cable hoisting. Taking Luowen Bridge as the engineering background and referring to the cable hoisting construction technology of Nanning Bridge, this paper preliminarily determines the types of cables in the cable hoisting system of Luowen Bridge. The key points of cable hoisting construction technology of arch bridge and the analysis and calculation method of tower are summarized. The key technology of cable hoisting is to control the displacement of the top of the tower, so as to reduce the bending moment of the tower, and the displacement of the top of the tower is controlled mainly by controlling the horizontal force on the top of the tower. According to the selection of cable type, four kinds of suspension theories are introduced, which are catenary, parabola, suspension curve and perturbation method theory. At the same time, according to the theory of suspension cable, this paper mainly calculates the bearing capacity and safety factor of main cable, the calculation of main cable stress and main cable installation, the calculation of traction force and traction safety factor of traction cable, the calculation of tension, contact stress and safety factor of lifting cable, and the calculation of safety factor of cable wind cable. The tower of the cable hoisting system is a very important structure in the cable hoisting. The safety of the tower structure is related to whether the whole construction process is going smoothly or not. In the previous construction process, due to the unreasonable design of the tower system, a lot of unnecessary accidents have been caused. In this paper, the finite element software Midas is used to model the main tower and the tower buckle system, and the stability and internal force of the tower system and the tower buckle system are analyzed and calculated by Midas. Through the calculation and analysis, the force of the main tower and the buckle tower member is within the prescribed range, and the stability also meets the requirements of the code.
