【摘要】：文章針對(duì)泥水盾構(gòu)帶壓開(kāi)艙時(shí)開(kāi)挖面泥膜的閉氣性問(wèn)題,以南京緯三路過(guò)江通道穿越的砂卵石地層為實(shí)驗(yàn)地層,通過(guò)自行研制的泥膜氣密性裝置,開(kāi)展了不同泥漿滲透模式下形成泥膜的閉氣試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:泥漿向地層中滲透時(shí),部分泥漿顆粒堵塞在地層的孔隙中,有效地降低了地層的滲透性;先以密度為1.05~1.07 g/cm3的純膨潤(rùn)土泥漿向地層中滲透,再以密度為1.15 g/cm3以上的稠泥漿形成泥膜,比只以較稠的泥漿形成單純的泥皮型泥膜的閉氣時(shí)間長(zhǎng)數(shù)倍以上。該研究對(duì)泥水盾構(gòu)在高滲透性地層中帶壓開(kāi)艙時(shí)的泥漿調(diào)整和泥膜方案具有重要的參考意義。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of closed gas of mud film in dredging surface of mud-water shield with pressure opening, taking the sand and pebble strata passing through the third channel of weft in Nanjing as experimental strata, and through the self-developed mud film air tightness device, the closed gas test of mud film formed under different mud permeability modes is carried out.
