TRT6000在隧道超前地質預報中的應用研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經濟建設的飛速發(fā)展,新建長大隧道工程越來越多,在隧道開挖掘進過程中,提前預測隧道前方的地質變化,可為施工提供較為準確的地質資料,及時調整施工工藝,減少和預防工程事故的發(fā)生。TRT6000是以層析掃描技術為基礎,同時采用多個震源點,發(fā)射出沿隧道開挖方向或者沿隧道四周的地震波信號。根據(jù)地震波在巖體內性質發(fā)生改變而產生的反射信號形成三維結果圖,三維結果圖包括了隧道開挖面前方一定距離以及隧道開挖面處圍巖四周一定距離的各種地質情況。TRT6000采用的接收器是高靈敏度,這樣絕大部分信號被最大限度的保留了下來。只需用大約五公斤的榔頭錘擊就能夠觸發(fā)震源點,通過這種方式可以降低信號的衰減提高數(shù)據(jù)采集的準確性,可操作性也大大的提高了,通過這種方式所接收的波準確性更高,分析出來的數(shù)據(jù)更加準確,隧道地質異常體就更準確的判斷出來了。TRT6000層析掃描超前地質預報系統(tǒng)的兩大特點:①運用了業(yè)界內獨有的層析掃描成像。②使用簡單的榔頭就能發(fā)出足夠強度的地震波。本文有以下主要研究內容:①闡述了隧道超前地質預報方法中的幾種常用的探測手段,通過在操作的簡易性、成本、效果三個方面的對比,突出TRT6000超前地質預報的優(yōu)勢。②闡述了TRT6000的基本原理。TRT操作的全部過程,從收集的數(shù)據(jù)技術、處理數(shù)據(jù)技術及解釋結論圖技術。③以重慶銅鑼山隧道為例,總結出在不同性質巖體(泥巖、砂巖、灰?guī)r)中,當隧道掌子面前方存在斷層破碎帶、溶洞、突水涌水等不良地質體在TRT6000圖像中的顯現(xiàn)特征;描述了砂巖、灰?guī)r、砂巖三種巖體的波速大致范圍。并將探測結果與勘察設計、工程實際進行對比,建立一套新的圖像解釋標志。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economic construction, there are more and more new long tunnel projects. In the process of tunnel excavation, predicting the geological changes in front of the tunnel in advance can provide more accurate geological data for the construction, adjust the construction technology in time, reduce and prevent the occurrence of engineering accidents. TRT6000 is based on tomographic scanning technology and adopts multiple seismic source points at the same time. Emits seismic wave signals along the direction of tunnel excavation or around the tunnel. According to the reflection signal produced by the change of seismic wave properties in rock mass, the three-dimensional result map includes a certain distance in front of the tunnel excavation surface and a certain distance around the surrounding rock around the tunnel excavation surface. The receiver used in TRT6000 is highly sensitive, so that most of the signals are retained to the maximum extent. The source point can be triggered by hammering with a hammer of about five kilograms. In this way, the attenuation of the signal can be reduced to improve the accuracy of data acquisition, and the maneuverability is also greatly improved. The accuracy of the wave received by this way is higher, and the analyzed data is more accurate. The tunnel geological anomaly body is judged more accurately. TRT6000 tomographic scanning advanced geological prediction system has two main characteristics: (1) using the unique tomographic scanning imaging in the industry. (2) using a simple hammer can send out enough seismic waves. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) several commonly used detection methods in tunnel advance geological prediction methods are expounded. Through the comparison of simplicity, cost and effect of operation, the advantages of TRT6000 advanced geological prediction are highlighted. (2) the basic principle of TRT6000 is expounded. the whole process of TRT operation, from the collected data technology, processing data technology and interpretation conclusion diagram technology. 3 take Chongqing Tonggaoshan Tunnel as an example, It is concluded that in different rock masses (mudstone, sandstone, limestone), when there are fault broken zones, caverns, water inrush and other bad geological bodies in front of the palm surface of the tunnel, the appearance characteristics of bad geological bodies in TRT6000 images are summarized. The wave velocity range of sandstone, limestone and sandstone is described. The detection results are compared with the survey design and engineering practice, and a new set of image interpretation marks is established.
