瀝青高模量外摻劑熱穩(wěn)定性能的DSC試驗分析

【摘要】:對常用的4種瀝青用高模量外摻劑,采用差示掃描量熱法(DSC)測量其熱流曲線及熱流值,分析不同溫度下4種外摻劑的聚集態(tài)及其隨溫度的變化情況,以確定高模量外摻劑的高溫性能和感溫性.對比4種外摻劑的DSC圖譜形狀變化及熱流值后發(fā)現(xiàn),外摻劑ADD-4沒有明顯的吸熱峰,其聚合物沒有固定的聚集態(tài)轉變溫度范圍;外摻劑ADD-1聚集態(tài)的轉變較外摻劑ADD-2,ADD-3復雜,在高溫區(qū)有第2個吸熱峰出現(xiàn),使其自身高溫性能更穩(wěn)定.
[Abstract]:The heat flow curves and heat flow values of four kinds of asphalt admixtures with high modulus were measured by differential scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The aggregation states of the four admixtures at different temperatures and their variation with temperature were analyzed. To determine the high temperature performance and temperature sensitivity of high modulus admixture. After comparing the shape change and heat flow value of DSC spectra of the four admixtures, it was found that the admixture ADD-4 had no obvious endothermic peak and the polymer had no fixed temperature range of aggregation transition. The transformation of aggregation state of ADD-1 is more complex than that of ADD-2,ADD-3, and the second endothermic peak appears in the high temperature region, which makes its high temperature performance more stable.
