琿春市公交線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:公共交通是城市交通不可或缺的組成部分,是與城市居民生產(chǎn)生活息息相關(guān)的重要的公共服務(wù)設(shè)施,對滿足社會公眾基本出行需求發(fā)揮了重要作用。同時,城市公交的發(fā)展水平也是作為現(xiàn)代化城市的一個重要衡量標志,是城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保證。隨著我國城市的不斷進步和發(fā)展以及針對城市的戰(zhàn)略實施、社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)及農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,城市與鄉(xiāng)村之間的聯(lián)系日加緊密,城市與鄉(xiāng)村之間的人流交互不管從數(shù)量與規(guī)模都變大,從而帶來城市與鄉(xiāng)村的往來客流量增加,城市公交與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)班線的線路銜接不暢、重復(fù)設(shè)置、爭搶客流等矛盾不斷突顯。為解決這些問題,城市公交線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃逐步向城鄉(xiāng)公交一體化方向發(fā)展。這為我國目前城市與鄉(xiāng)村客運之間存在的問題提出了一種新的思路,并且在全國各地得到越來越為廣泛的推廣和應(yīng)用。琿春市近年來進入快速的城市發(fā)展階段,社會經(jīng)濟和人口的快速增長和城市化進程的加快使原有的公交系統(tǒng)突顯出諸多問題。需要對琿春市公交網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行科學合理地規(guī)劃,整合城市公交和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)班線運輸資源,優(yōu)化和調(diào)整現(xiàn)有的公交線路,設(shè)置公交站場和配套設(shè)施,加強城鄉(xiāng)公交換乘樞紐的規(guī)劃建設(shè),從而滿足未來年的城鄉(xiāng)公交出行需求。本文將以琿春市公交線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃為主要研究目標,構(gòu)建公交線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的三層規(guī)劃模型,求解琿春市公交線網(wǎng)布局的最優(yōu)方案。主要研究內(nèi)容包括,結(jié)合琿春市城市經(jīng)濟及交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀對琿春市公交線網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進行剖析,根據(jù)居民出行調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析總結(jié)居民出行特征,預(yù)測未來年琿春市城鄉(xiāng)居民公交出行需求,根據(jù)客流預(yù)測結(jié)果,構(gòu)建公交線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的三層規(guī)劃模型,并采用遺傳算法進行模型求解,最終獲得琿春市公交線網(wǎng)的最優(yōu)規(guī)劃方案。
[Abstract]:Public transport is an indispensable part of urban transportation. It is an important public service facility closely related to the production and life of urban residents. It plays an important role in meeting the basic travel needs of the public. At the same time, the development level of urban public transport is also an important symbol of modern cities and an important guarantee for the sustainable development of cities. With the continuous progress and development of cities in China and the implementation of urban strategy, the construction of new socialist countryside and the development of rural economy, the relationship between cities and villages is getting closer and closer. The interaction between urban and rural people becomes larger from quantity and scale, which leads to the increase of passenger flow between urban and rural areas, the poor connection between urban public transport and township lines, repeated setup, scrambling for passenger flow and other contradictions continue to highlight. In order to solve these problems, the planning of urban public transport network is gradually developing in the direction of urban and rural public transport integration. This puts forward a new idea for the existing problems between urban and rural passenger transport in China, and has been more and more widely popularized and applied in all parts of the country. Hunchun City has entered a stage of rapid urban development in recent years. The rapid growth of social economy and population and the acceleration of urbanization make the original public transport system highlight many problems. It is necessary to plan the public transport network of Hunchun City scientifically and reasonably, integrate the transportation resources of urban public transport and township bus lines, optimize and adjust the existing bus routes, set up bus stations and supporting facilities, and strengthen the planning and construction of urban and rural bus transfer hubs. In order to meet the needs of urban and rural bus travel in the next year. In this paper, taking Hunchun bus network planning as the main research goal, the three-tier planning model of public transport network planning is constructed, and the optimal scheme of Hunchun bus network layout is solved. The main research contents include, combined with the current situation of urban economy and traffic development in Hunchun City, the present situation of Hunchun bus network is analyzed, and the travel characteristics of residents are analyzed and summarized according to the survey data of residents' travel. According to the results of passenger flow prediction, a three-tier planning model of bus network planning is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the optimal planning scheme of Hunchun bus network is obtained.
