集裝箱裝載卷鋼的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the steel consumption in the world has increased rapidly. at the same time, the manufacturing technology and production capacity of domestic steel manufacturers are also constantly improving and improving, the competitive advantage is becoming more and more obvious, and the domestic steel coil transportation demand market has expanded rapidly. Cold rolled coil has very high requirements for transportation and warehousing, so it is more suitable for container transportation, but it is rarely used because of many factors. In order to improve the efficiency of coil loading and delivery, and to ensure the safety of goods and transportation in the process of transportation, it is necessary to study the loading of coil steel in containers. This paper describes in detail the research and practical application of these three kinds of container loading methods, such as special box for coil steel, special bracket for coil steel and direct loading of general container at home and abroad. The advantages and disadvantages of various loading methods are compared. Then the main problems and basic requirements of the packing mode in the direct loading of coil steel in general containers are discussed, and two cases of direct packing of light coil steel are analyzed and studied by means of example analysis and experimental demonstration. Finally, in view of the problems existing in different loading modes, a conception of using moving tray to load coil steel is put forward, and the overall design scheme of moving tray is introduced. The strength of the main structural components when loading different weights of coil steel is checked.
