溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料性能與環(huán)保功效研究

【摘要】:目前國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色生態(tài)型道路用混合料多為溫拌改性瀝青混合料和膠粉改性瀝青混合料,溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料方面研究較少,在大力推進(jìn)綠色生態(tài)型道路建設(shè)之際,開發(fā)路用性能與環(huán)保功效良好的溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文全面調(diào)查了國(guó)內(nèi)外溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料的研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),從流變性能、路用性能、環(huán)保性能及施工質(zhì)量控制等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,深入揭示了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青的作用機(jī)理、制作過程及環(huán)保效應(yīng),并進(jìn)行了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料實(shí)驗(yàn)路鋪筑,檢測(cè)其在實(shí)際工程中的應(yīng)用效果。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)確定了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青的制備工藝,通過正交試驗(yàn)測(cè)定了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青的粘度、低溫性能和高溫性能等路用性能指標(biāo),評(píng)價(jià)了膠粉細(xì)度、膠粉摻量、溫拌劑摻量等三個(gè)因素對(duì)溫拌膠粉改性瀝青的流變性能的影響規(guī)律。(2)基于“體積設(shè)計(jì)法”進(jìn)行了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)比分析了溫拌條件下膠粉細(xì)度及摻量對(duì)膠粉改性瀝青混合料路用性能的影響規(guī)律,以及不同溫拌工藝條件下膠粉改性瀝青混合料的路用性能變化規(guī)律。(3)通過室內(nèi)吸聲系數(shù)試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)噪聲監(jiān)測(cè),深入研究了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料的降噪效應(yīng),通過熱量公式計(jì)算和和實(shí)際檢測(cè),評(píng)價(jià)了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料的環(huán)保效應(yīng)。(4)進(jìn)行了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料試驗(yàn)路鋪筑,系統(tǒng)研究了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混凝土的施工工藝及施工質(zhì)量控制,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證了溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料的性能與工程應(yīng)用效果,為溫拌膠粉改性瀝青混合料的推廣應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the green ecological road mixtures at home and abroad are warm mixed modified asphalt mixture and rubber powder modified asphalt mixture, while the research on warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt mixture is less, which is at the time of vigorously promoting the construction of green ecological road. It is of great practical significance to develop asphalt mixture with good road performance and environmental protection effect. In this paper, the research status of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt mixture at home and abroad is investigated comprehensively, and the Rheological properties, road performance, environmental protection performance and construction quality control are systematically studied in combination with the existing technical experience. The action mechanism, manufacturing process and environmental protection effect of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt are revealed deeply, and the experimental road paving of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt mixture is carried out to test its application effect in practical engineering. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the preparation process of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt was determined, the viscosity, low temperature performance and high temperature performance of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt were measured by orthogonal test, and the fineness of rubber powder was evaluated. The effects of three factors, such as the content of rubber powder and the content of warm mixing agent, on the Rheological properties of asphalt modified with warm mix rubber powder. (2) based on the "volume design method", the mixture proportion design of modified asphalt mixture with warm mixed rubber powder was carried out. The effects of the fineness and content of rubber powder on the road performance of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture were compared and analyzed under the condition of warm mixing. And the change law of road performance of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture under different warm mixing process conditions. (3) through indoor sound absorption coefficient test and field noise monitoring, the noise reduction effect of warm mix rubber powder modified asphalt mixture is deeply studied. Through the calculation of heat formula and the actual test, the environmental protection effect of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt mixture was evaluated. (4) the test road paving of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt mixture was carried out. The construction technology and construction quality control of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt concrete are systematically studied, and the performance and engineering application effect of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt mixture are verified at the same time. It provides the basis for the popularization and application of warm mixed rubber powder modified asphalt mixture.
