基于群組AHP的斜拉橋評(píng)估指標(biāo)權(quán)重研究
[Abstract]:In order to determine the weight of each index in the comprehensive evaluation index system of cable-stayed bridge, the consistency ratio, the fitting degree of scale weight and the scale uniformity, which are commonly used in engineering evaluation, are firstly selected. The performance of exponential scaling method and fractional scaling method are good and bad, and then the e0/4~e8/4 scaling method is selected as the scaling value of the judgment matrix. Secondly, the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is used to classify the experts' opinion according to the difference of the weight vectors, and the required classification is selected according to the relevant norms and evaluation requirements. Finally, in the selected classification, considering the proximity of expert and group judgment and the logicality of expert's own judgment, the comprehensive weight of expert is determined, and the final index weight is determined by weighted average. Taking the index weight determination of the third Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge as an example, the calculation and analysis of the index weight are carried out by using the method in the paper and the simple average method respectively. The results show that the calculation method proposed in this paper attaches more importance to the diversity of expert opinions than the simple average method, and emphasizes the practical performance of experts in the construction of judgment matrix and the consistency of group views. It can be used for reference when establishing index weight in bridge evaluation system.
