基于BIM平臺的橋梁工程設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著人們對BIM技術(shù)不斷地研究和深入,越來越多的橋梁設(shè)計師將BIM技術(shù)與橋梁項目工程相結(jié)合。在兩者相互融合的過程中,它們之間的優(yōu)勢以及短板將會顯現(xiàn)出來。本論文主要通過以下幾個方面來具體闡述基于BIM的橋梁工程設(shè)計與應(yīng)用:(1)通過查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),查找BIM的起源,并歸納總結(jié)出BIM的優(yōu)勢。另外,調(diào)查BIM在美國、英國、韓國等BIM發(fā)達(dá)國家的應(yīng)用狀況和未來發(fā)展趨勢。調(diào)查并分析BIM在中國發(fā)展的狀況以及相關(guān)政策。之后介紹了幾款主流BIM核心軟件;(2)結(jié)合相關(guān)的BIM核心軟件,說明BIM技術(shù)是如何在橋梁項目工程的規(guī)劃階段進(jìn)行選線、方案比選;在設(shè)計階段進(jìn)行二維出圖、工程量計算;在施工階段進(jìn)行施工模擬以及在運維階段進(jìn)行橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)等應(yīng)用,并且總結(jié)出了BIM的可出圖性、信息化、協(xié)同性、可視化等幾大特性;(3)結(jié)合蝴蝶型拱橋?qū)嵗?使用BIM核心建模軟件CATIA對蝴蝶型拱橋進(jìn)行三維信息模型的建造。歸納總結(jié)出在CATIA軟件中建立橋梁模型的原則、“骨架+模板”的建模方法和建模注意事項等內(nèi)容,并詳細(xì)說明了如何使用三維模型的碰撞檢查、精確工程量的計算、二維平面出圖等功能;(4)結(jié)合橋梁有限元分析軟件Midas Civil對蝴蝶型拱橋進(jìn)行整體的強度和穩(wěn)定性的驗算。探究了拱肋剛度、拱肋軸線與鉛直平面的角度以及荷載工況對橋梁整體穩(wěn)定性的影響;(5)探索了如何利用BIM平臺對橋梁項目工程進(jìn)行運營和維護(hù)的管理,并基于蝴蝶型拱橋建筑信息模型搭建了橋梁管理系統(tǒng)。同時,為了使橋梁巡查養(yǎng)護(hù)更加快捷化和信息化,制作了橋梁巡查養(yǎng)護(hù)應(yīng)用。能夠隨時隨地的查看橋梁相關(guān)安全信息和記錄、上傳橋梁安全情況。最后,根據(jù)BIM技術(shù)在蝴蝶型拱橋設(shè)計和應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出BIM技術(shù)在橋梁項目工程中需要改進(jìn)之處。
[Abstract]:With the continuous research and in-depth study of BIM technology, more and more bridge designers combine BIM technology with bridge project engineering. In the process of fusion, their advantages and weaknesses will be revealed. This paper mainly describes the bridge engineering design and application based on BIM through the following aspects: (1) through consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad, looking for the origin of BIM, and summing up the advantages of BIM. In addition, the application and future trend of BIM in BIM developed countries such as USA, UK, Korea and so on are investigated. Investigate and analyze the development of BIM in China and related policies. Secondly, several mainstream BIM core software are introduced. (2) combining with the related BIM core software, the paper explains how to select the line and plan in the planning stage of bridge project, how to draw out the two-dimensional drawing in the design phase, and how to calculate the engineering quantity, and how to select the line and plan in the planning phase of the bridge project. The application of construction simulation in construction phase and bridge maintenance in operation and maintenance stage are also summarized, and several characteristics of BIM, such as drawing, informatization, collaboration, visualization, etc., are summarized. (3) combined with the example of butterfly arch bridge, the three-dimensional information model of butterfly arch bridge is constructed by using BIM core modeling software CATIA. This paper summarizes the principle of building bridge model in CATIA software, the modeling method of "skeleton template" and the points for attention in modeling, and explains in detail how to use the collision check of three-dimensional model and the calculation of accurate engineering quantity, and so on. Two-dimensional plane drawing and other functions; (4) the overall strength and stability of butterfly arch bridge are checked by the finite element analysis software Midas Civil. The stiffness of arch rib, the angle of arch rib axis and vertical plane and the influence of load condition on the overall stability of bridge are discussed. (5) how to use BIM platform to manage the operation and maintenance of bridge project is explored, and the bridge management system is built based on the information model of butterfly arch bridge. At the same time, in order to make bridge inspection and maintenance faster and more information, the application of bridge inspection and maintenance was made. Can view bridge-related safety information and records anytime and anywhere, upload bridge safety situation. Finally, according to the problems of BIM technology in the design and application of butterfly arch bridge, the improvement of BIM technology in bridge project is put forward.
