橋梁災(zāi)害可恢復(fù)性評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:極端事件和結(jié)構(gòu)惡化導(dǎo)致的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)失效事故頻發(fā),造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失不可估量。針對(duì)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)選取結(jié)構(gòu)的極限承載能力作為功能函數(shù)指標(biāo),提出基于經(jīng)驗(yàn)調(diào)查的線性模型和基于力學(xué)比擬的擬合模型兩種功能恢復(fù)函數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上建立災(zāi)害可恢復(fù)性指數(shù)來衡量橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)災(zāi)害可恢復(fù)能力的大小;并給出橋梁災(zāi)害可恢復(fù)性的建議分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為我國現(xiàn)階段橋梁防災(zāi)抗災(zāi)設(shè)計(jì)提供新的思路和參考。
[Abstract]:The failure accidents of bridge structures caused by extreme events and structural deterioration occur frequently, and the economic losses are inestimable. Aiming at selecting the ultimate bearing capacity of bridge structure as the index of function, two functional recovery functions, linear model based on empirical investigation and fitting model based on mechanical analogy, are proposed. On this basis, a disaster recoverability index is established to measure the resilience of bridge structures. The proposed classification standard of bridge disaster recoverability is given, which provides a new way of thinking and reference for bridge disaster prevention and disaster prevention design in our country at present.
