九景高速公路改造瀝青冷再生技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:江西省1996年建成的省內(nèi)的第一條高速公路,至今已近二十年,隨續(xù)修建的各條高速已陸續(xù)進(jìn)入大修期,因而也將產(chǎn)生大量的舊瀝青混合料。路面冷再生技術(shù)可將舊瀝青路面混合料重復(fù)利用,提高資源利用率,保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,符合當(dāng)前國(guó)家提倡的低碳循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)。因此,對(duì)瀝青路面冷再生技術(shù)有重要的意義。本項(xiàng)目以江西省九景高速公路技術(shù)改造工程為依托。首先,根據(jù)原路面的設(shè)計(jì)情況,指出了存在的問(wèn)題,從整體上分析了整個(gè)路段的路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度及使用性能,分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),整個(gè)路段公里代表彎沉值普遍較大,全線大部分路段承載力不足,整體質(zhì)量較差,亟待進(jìn)行補(bǔ)強(qiáng)以提高現(xiàn)有道路的承載能力和使用狀況。本文根據(jù)彎沉檢測(cè)資料以及交通荷載分析,并結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)計(jì)算設(shè)計(jì)出了三種對(duì)應(yīng)于不同損壞路面情況的補(bǔ)強(qiáng)方案。其次,闡述分析了瀝青路面再生技術(shù)分類及其適用性,確定本項(xiàng)目利用廠拌冷再生技術(shù)來(lái)進(jìn)行路面改造。通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),研究了不同水泥、乳化瀝青含量的廠拌冷再生瀝青混合料的路用性能,如水穩(wěn)定性、高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性、疲勞性能、強(qiáng)度等。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,設(shè)計(jì)的廠拌冷再生瀝青混合料性能符合規(guī)范要求。最后本文還對(duì)乳化瀝青廠拌冷再生混合料施工施工過(guò)程中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的工藝控制提出相關(guān)要求,歸納整理了相關(guān)施工質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)和驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為廠拌合冷再生混合料的推廣應(yīng)用提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The first expressway built in Jiangxi Province in 1996 has been built for nearly 20 years. The highway built along with it has entered the overhaul period one after another, so a large number of old asphalt mixtures will be produced. The cold recycling technology of pavement can reuse the old asphalt pavement mixture, improve the utilization rate of resources and protect the ecological environment, which accords with the low-carbon circular economy advocated by our country at present. Therefore, it is of great significance for cold recycling technology of asphalt pavement. This project is based on the technical reconstruction project of Jiujing Expressway in Jiangxi Province. First of all, according to the design of the original road surface, the existing problems are pointed out, and the pavement structural strength and service performance of the whole road section are analyzed as a whole. The results show that the whole road section km represents a large deflection value generally. The load-carrying capacity of most sections of the whole line is insufficient and the overall quality is poor. It is urgent to strengthen the existing road to improve the load-carrying capacity and the use of the road. Based on the data of deflection detection and traffic load analysis and combined with structural mechanics calculation, three reinforcement schemes corresponding to different damaged pavement conditions are designed in this paper. Secondly, this paper analyzes the classification and applicability of asphalt pavement regeneration technology, and determines that this project uses plant cold recycling technology to carry out pavement reconstruction. The road performance, such as water stability, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, fatigue performance and strength of cold reclaimed asphalt mixtures with different cement and emulsified asphalt contents, were studied by laboratory tests. The test results show that the performance of the designed cold reclaimed asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of the specification. Finally, this paper also puts forward the related requirements for the process control of each link in the construction process of the cold reclaimed mixture of emulsified asphalt plant, and summarizes the key points of construction quality control and acceptance standards. It provides a reference for the popularization and application of plant mixed cold recycled mixture.
