【摘要】：為探討交通承載力與環(huán)境承載力發(fā)展水平的協(xié)調(diào)程度,構(gòu)建了反映交通承載力和環(huán)境承載力發(fā)展水平的指標(biāo)體系,利用耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型對(duì)2010—2014年中國五大國家級(jí)城市群中的10個(gè)典型城市的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測算,并從時(shí)空維度進(jìn)行二者耦合過程與演變趨勢(shì)的分析.對(duì)比結(jié)果表明各城市群的交通和環(huán)境承載力綜合評(píng)價(jià)值因地域差異較大,2010—2014年升降不一,具有層級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu):除長江中游和珠三角的交通承載水平呈波動(dòng)下降趨勢(shì)外,成渝、長三角和環(huán)渤海呈波動(dòng)上升;除環(huán)渤海的環(huán)境承載力水平呈持續(xù)上升外,其余城市群呈波動(dòng)下降;交通承載力與環(huán)境承載力耦合互動(dòng)效應(yīng)明顯,但各城市群的交通與環(huán)境承載力的協(xié)調(diào)等級(jí)較低,環(huán)渤海和長三角城市群的協(xié)調(diào)處于低度協(xié)調(diào)的耦合狀態(tài),其余城市群的協(xié)調(diào)處于中度協(xié)調(diào).
[Abstract]:In order to discuss the coordination degree between traffic carrying capacity and environmental bearing capacity, an index system reflecting the development level of traffic carrying capacity and environmental carrying capacity is constructed. By using the coupling coordination degree model, the panel data of 10 typical cities in five national-level urban clusters in China from 2010 to 2014 are calculated, and the coupling process and evolution trend of the two cities are analyzed from the space-time dimension. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation value of traffic and environmental carrying capacity of each city group is different from 2010 to 2014, and it has a hierarchical structure: except the traffic load level in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the Pearl River Delta is fluctuating and decreasing, Chengdu and Chongqing, The Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Rim are fluctuating and rising; Except the environmental carrying capacity level of the Bohai Sea is rising continuously, the other urban groups are fluctuating and decreasing. The interaction effect of traffic carrying capacity and environmental bearing capacity is obvious, but the coordination level of traffic and environmental carrying capacity of each urban agglomeration is low, and the coordination of urban agglomeration around Bohai Sea and Yangtze River Delta is in the coupling state of low degree and coordination. The coordination of the remaining urban clusters is moderate.
