【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài),周邊港口企業(yè)保持快速發(fā)展,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)仍然十分嚴(yán)峻。當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期,港口企業(yè)還將面對(duì)更加嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下,天津港是京津冀地區(qū)重要的樞紐港口,天津港股份有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“天津港”)作為天津港(集團(tuán))有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“天津港集團(tuán)”)的上市平臺(tái),是集貨物裝卸、港口物流及其它相關(guān)港口服務(wù)為一體的大型港口綜合服務(wù)商,承載著更加重要的任務(wù)。目前天津港的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力還不夠強(qiáng),同時(shí)綜合實(shí)力不足,體制機(jī)制改革有待進(jìn)一步深化,基礎(chǔ)管理不夠扎實(shí)。因此對(duì)天津港股份有限公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究與分析顯得尤為重要。核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論的研究起源于二十世紀(jì)五十年代。核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論如今已經(jīng)成為提升企業(yè)整體實(shí)力、分析企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)提升空間、加速推進(jìn)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)重要工具。本文具體內(nèi)容包括:闡述了本文的研究背景和意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法、研究思路和框架;介紹核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ)理論,港口上市公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念和特征,并分析核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要影響因素;對(duì)天津港股份有限公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述,從天津港股份有限公司發(fā)展歷程展開,對(duì)其目前的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行梳理,并與其他港口上市公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行比較,最后提出天津港核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力目前存在的問題;深入分析天津港股份有限公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的環(huán)境分析,包括內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析和外部環(huán)境分析,并分別從優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)和機(jī)會(huì)威脅進(jìn)行SWOT分析;分析天津港核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的目標(biāo)與對(duì)策,先從提升目標(biāo)的描述展開,再從多個(gè)角度分析提升對(duì)策的實(shí)施,得出最后結(jié)論。本文以天津港股份有限公司為研究對(duì)象,通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例研究法等方法對(duì)其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,在對(duì)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析時(shí)運(yùn)用了SWOT分析法。
[Abstract]:Our country economy enters the new normal, the peripheral port enterprise maintains the rapid development, the competition situation is still very severe. At present and in the future, port enterprises will also face more severe challenges. Under this background, Tianjin Port is an important hub port in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Tianjin Port Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Port") is the listing platform of Tianjin Port (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Port Group"). Is the collection of cargo handling, port logistics and other related port services as one of the large-scale port integrated service providers, carrying more important tasks. At present, the core competitiveness of Tianjin Port is not strong enough, at the same time, the comprehensive strength is insufficient, the reform of system and mechanism needs to be further deepened, and the basic management is not solid enough. Therefore, it is very important to study and analyze the core competence of Tianjin Port Co., Ltd. The study of core competence theory originated in the 1950s. Nowadays, the theory of core competence has become an important tool to promote the overall strength of enterprises, analyze the space of enterprise competition, and accelerate the growth of enterprises. The concrete content of this article includes: elaborated this article research background and the significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research content and the method, the research thought and the frame; This paper introduces the basic theory of the core competence, the concept and characteristics of the core competence of port listed companies, and analyzes the main influencing factors of the core competence. This paper expounds the present situation of Tianjin Port Co., Ltd.'s core competence development, starts from the development course of Tianjin Port Co., Ltd., combs its current core competence, and compares it with other port listed companies' core competence. Finally, the existing problems of Tianjin Port's core competitiveness are put forward. In-depth analysis of Tianjin Port Co., Ltd. to enhance the core competitiveness of the environmental analysis, including internal and external environmental analysis, and from the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of the threat of SWOT analysis; This paper analyzes the goals and countermeasures of the promotion of Tianjin Port's core competitiveness, starts from the description of the promotion objectives, and then analyzes the implementation of the promotion measures from many angles, and draws the final conclusion. In this paper, Tianjin Port Co., Ltd. as the research object, through the methods of literature research, case study and other methods to carry on the systematic analysis of its core competitiveness, in the analysis of the core competitiveness of the environment for the promotion of the use of SWOT analysis.
