城市橋梁裂縫成因分析及防治研究

【摘要】:隨著我國交通運輸事業(yè)的發(fā)展,交通量與日俱增,車輛載重顯著提高,加之人為及自然等因素的影響,使得我國城市橋梁在運營過程中出現(xiàn)了許多病害,而裂縫則是城市橋梁最為普遍的病害之一。因此,對病害中的城市橋梁采取修補加固措施,延長其使用壽命,是保障道路安全暢通與節(jié)省建設資金的重要舉措。針對城市橋梁的裂縫病害,本文對城市混凝土橋梁的裂縫產(chǎn)生機理、防治措施及橋梁加固方法進行了相應研究。詳細討論了城市混凝土橋梁裂縫產(chǎn)生原因,在此基礎上,進一步研究了城市橋梁裂縫防治技術,具體包括:裂縫修補技術、針對裂縫的橋梁加固原則及相應的加固方法等。重點研究了基于碳纖維的橋梁裂縫加固方法,對碳纖維加固的基本原理、施工工序、計算方法等進行了詳細分析,進而為該技術在實際城市橋梁加固中的應用提供參考和借鑒。以濟寧市吳泰閘路m8府河橋為算例,對基于碳纖維的城市橋梁加固方法進行了工程驗證。由該橋梁加固前后的荷載試驗結果可知,碳纖維加固方案效果十分顯著,其不僅提高了橋梁結構的整體剛度,還改善了橋梁結構的動力性能,最重要的是其能抑制原有橋梁結構裂縫的發(fā)展,延長了橋梁結構的使用壽命。
[Abstract]:With the development of transportation in our country, the traffic volume is increasing day by day, the vehicle load is significantly increased, and the influence of man-made and natural factors makes the urban bridges in our country appear many diseases in the course of operation. Cracks are one of the most common diseases of urban bridges. Therefore, it is an important measure to repair and strengthen the urban bridges and prolong the service life of the urban bridges in order to ensure the safe and smooth traffic of the roads and save the construction funds. Aiming at the crack disease of urban bridge, this paper studies the mechanism, prevention and cure measures and strengthening method of the crack of urban concrete bridge. In this paper, the causes of cracks in urban concrete bridges are discussed in detail. On this basis, the prevention and treatment techniques of cracks in urban bridges are further studied, including crack repair technology, bridge reinforcement principles and corresponding reinforcement methods for cracks, and so on. The reinforcement method of bridge crack based on carbon fiber is studied in detail, and the basic principle, construction procedure and calculation method of carbon fiber reinforcement are analyzed in detail, so as to provide reference and reference for the application of this technology in the actual urban bridge reinforcement. Taking M8 Fuhe Bridge of Wutaizha Road in Jining as an example, the reinforcement method of urban bridge based on carbon fiber is verified in engineering. The results of load tests before and after the bridge reinforcement show that the effect of carbon fiber reinforcement scheme is very remarkable, which not only improves the overall stiffness of the bridge structure, but also improves the dynamic performance of the bridge structure. The most important thing is that it can restrain the development of the original bridge structure crack and prolong the service life of the bridge structure.
