升降橫移式智能化立體車庫控制系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:隨著人們對汽車的占有率越來越高,汽車在帶給人們出行方便的同時,停車問題卻漸漸的變成了一件令人困擾的事情。傳統(tǒng)的地面停車場的空間利用率和管理效率越來越不能滿足大眾的需求,開發(fā)符合時代發(fā)展需求的新型立體車庫成為解決停車難問題的有效途徑。 本文闡述了升降橫移式智能化立體車庫控制系統(tǒng)的社會發(fā)展背景,分析了目前國內(nèi)國外的立體車庫的發(fā)展情況及前沿技術(shù)。針對升降橫移式立體車庫的基本構(gòu)造,進行了描述。并以實例描述了升降橫移式立體車庫的主要工作原理和存取車的操作流程,對升降橫移式智能化立體車庫的控制系統(tǒng)進行了深化研究。首先,分析了負載機械特性和電機機械特性之間的關(guān)系,以及平層和橫移的定位原理,設計了電機速度閉環(huán)控制方案。在PLC的選型方面,需要依據(jù)被控對象。按照被控對象的輸入以及輸出量的總數(shù)進行確定,從而可以對輸入以及輸出信號進行地址方面的分配,完成了人機交互系統(tǒng)中主要模塊的電路方面的設計,包括刷卡、LCD顯示、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、通訊等模塊。其次針對車庫車位的調(diào)度算法,采用了廣度優(yōu)先算法,深入研究了3*3立體車庫存放7個車位的存取車情況,解決了智能化存取車的問題,并舉例對具體車位的具體存取流程進行了詳細分析。最后對PLC控制系統(tǒng)的程序以及人機交互系統(tǒng)中的主要模塊程序進行了編寫,包括刷卡、LCD顯示、通訊等方面的程序編寫。 本文設計的車庫控制系統(tǒng),采用模塊化設計,具備靈活的結(jié)構(gòu),并詳細研究了相關(guān)硬件系統(tǒng)和軟件系統(tǒng),從而使得車庫更加智能化。該系統(tǒng)兼?zhèn)湟幌盗械膬?yōu)點,造價費用低,建造時間短,能夠在市場快速應用,從而可以有效地改善城市住宅小區(qū)停車難的問題。
[Abstract]:With the increasing share of the car, the parking problem has become a perplexing thing while the car brings convenience to people to travel. The space utilization rate and management efficiency of the traditional ground parking lot can not meet the needs of the public more and more. It is an effective way to solve the problem of parking difficulty by developing a new type of three-dimensional garage which accords with the needs of the times. This paper describes the social development background of the intelligent three-dimensional garage control system with lift and lateral movement, and analyzes the development situation and frontier technology of the three-dimensional garage at home and abroad at present. In this paper, the basic structure of lifting and moving three-dimensional garage is described. The main working principle and the operation flow of the car are described with an example, and the control system of the intelligent three-dimensional garage with lift-lift is deeply studied. Firstly, the relationship between the load mechanical characteristics and the mechanical characteristics of the motor, as well as the positioning principle of the horizontal layer and the lateral displacement, are analyzed, and the closed loop control scheme of the motor speed is designed. In terms of PLC selection, it needs to be based on the controlled object. According to the input and output of the controlled object, we can assign the address of the input and output signals, and complete the circuit design of the main modules in the man-machine interaction system, including swiping the card and displaying the LCD. Data storage, communication and other modules. Secondly, aiming at the garage parking scheduling algorithm, the breadth-first algorithm is adopted, and the condition of storing 7 parking spaces in 3-3-dimensional garage is deeply studied, and the problem of intelligent access car is solved. An example is given to analyze the access flow of specific parking spaces in detail. Finally, the program of PLC control system and the main module program of man-machine interaction system are compiled, including card swiping, LCD display, communication and so on. The garage control system designed in this paper adopts modularization design and has flexible structure. The related hardware system and software system are studied in detail so as to make the garage more intelligent. The system has a series of advantages, low cost, short construction time, and can be applied quickly in the market, thus can effectively improve the problem of parking difficulty in urban residential areas.
