含鹽高濕環(huán)境下瀝青路面耐久性檢測方法及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

【摘要】:為了研究含鹽高濕環(huán)境下瀝青路面耐久性的檢測方法,首先采用ANSYS建立圓柱形和板式試件的三維有限元模型,分析其受力特性及變形特征;然后進(jìn)行圓柱形試件車轍試驗和板式漢堡車轍試驗,并用Origin 8.0軟件對試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行非線性指數(shù)擬合,確定試驗條件.結(jié)果表明:兩種形狀試件的車轍試驗結(jié)果相關(guān)性良好,含鹽高濕環(huán)境下采用圓柱形試件取代板式試件進(jìn)行浸水車轍試驗來檢測瀝青混合料的耐久性是合理的;推薦在60℃或70℃溫度下進(jìn)行圓柱形試件浸水車轍試驗,以車轍深度作為檢測指標(biāo).
[Abstract]:In order to study the testing method of asphalt pavement durability in salt-containing high humidity environment, the three-dimensional finite element models of cylindrical and plate specimens were established by using ANSYS, and their mechanical and deformation characteristics were analyzed. Then, the cylinder-shaped specimen rut test and plate Hamburg rut test were carried out, and the non-linear exponential fitting of the test results was carried out with Origin 8.0 software to determine the test conditions. The results show that there is a good correlation between the rut test results of the two shape specimens. It is reasonable to test the durability of asphalt mixture by using cylindrical specimen instead of plate specimen to test the durability of asphalt mixture in saline and high humidity environment. It is recommended that the water immersion rut test of cylindrical specimen be carried out at 60 鈩,
