G220東鄭線陶莊至平陰東平界段改建工程質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:近年來我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平得到了飛速發(fā)展,全國各地都進(jìn)行了大量的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),特別是道路建設(shè),而且道路施工的質(zhì)量也越來越受重視。然而,由于道路建設(shè)不僅要滿足道路施工的要求,還要考慮到周邊的城鎮(zhèn)布局、公路網(wǎng)、自然條件、運輸條件等復(fù)雜情況,目前的道路建設(shè)還存在一些不容忽視的質(zhì)量問題,因此必須加強(qiáng)道路建設(shè)的質(zhì)量管理工作,高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)要求地保證道路建設(shè)工程的質(zhì)量。論文的研究對象是G220東鄭線陶莊至平陰東平界段的改建工程,研究內(nèi)容是如何通過合理的設(shè)計及施工組織來確保施工的質(zhì)量,并充分將質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論及方法應(yīng)用于具體的工程中,通過合理的分析從而提升項目質(zhì)量控制工作的效果。論文在廣泛吸收國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域成果的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)真分析了當(dāng)前G220東鄭線陶莊至平陰東平界段公路的影響因素及涉及到的指標(biāo),并深入探討了當(dāng)前其質(zhì)量管理存在的問題及原因,最終提出適合G220東鄭線陶莊至平陰東平界段項目的質(zhì)量控制措施。論文首先回顧了當(dāng)前道路建設(shè)質(zhì)量管理的研究現(xiàn)狀及背景并且探討了質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論;其次,對G220東鄭線改建工程項目的施工概況進(jìn)行了分析,包括原有公路情況、周邊影響因素、技術(shù)指標(biāo)設(shè)計等;全面分析了G220東鄭線陶莊至平陰東平界段的施工方案,包括施工組織計劃、材料供應(yīng)、特殊季節(jié)施工措施、交通組織方案、應(yīng)急預(yù)案等;然后分析了G220東鄭線陶莊至平陰東平界段改建工程的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)存問題及原因并給出相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量管理控制措施;最后,結(jié)合本項目具體情況得出結(jié)論并展望。論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于提出了G220東鄭線陶莊至平陰東平界段的項目改進(jìn)質(zhì)量控制具體措施,并成功的將該措施落實在項目施工中,實現(xiàn)了理論研究與實踐工程的有機(jī)結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economic level of our country has been rapidly developed, a large number of infrastructure construction has been carried out all over the country, especially road construction, and the quality of road construction has been paid more and more attention. However, since road construction should not only meet the requirements of road construction, but also take into account the complex conditions of the surrounding cities and towns, road network, natural conditions, and transportation conditions, there are still some quality problems that cannot be ignored in the current road construction. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the quality management of road construction and guarantee the quality of road construction project with high standard and strict requirements. The research object of this paper is the reconstruction project of Taozhuang to Pingyin Dongping section of G220 Dongzheng line. The research content is how to ensure the construction quality through reasonable design and construction organization. The theory and method of quality management are fully applied to concrete engineering, and the effect of project quality control is improved by reasonable analysis. On the basis of extensive absorption of domestic and foreign achievements in related fields, the paper analyzes the influencing factors and the related indicators of the highway from Taozhuang to Pingyin Dongping section of the Dongzheng line G220. The existing problems and reasons of quality management are deeply discussed, and finally the quality control measures suitable for Taozhuang to Pingyin Dongping section of G220 Dongzheng line are put forward. Firstly, this paper reviews the current research status and background of road construction quality management and discusses the basic theory of quality management. Secondly, the construction situation of the reconstruction project of G220 Dongzheng line is analyzed, including the original highway condition, the surrounding influencing factors, the technical index design and so on. The construction plan of Taozhuang to Pingyin Dongping section of G220 Dongzheng line is analyzed comprehensively, including construction organization plan, material supply, special season construction measure, traffic organization plan, emergency plan and so on. Then it analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the reconstruction project from Taozhuang to Pingyin Dongping section of G220 Dongzheng Line, and gives the corresponding quality control measures. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are drawn according to the concrete situation of this project. The innovation of the paper lies in putting forward the concrete measures to improve the quality control of the project between Taozhuang and Pingyin Dongping Section of G220 Dongzheng Line, and successfully implement this measure in the construction of the project, realizing the organic combination of theoretical research and practical engineering.
