基于實時路況的top-κ載客熱門區(qū)域推薦

【摘要】:為降低城市出租車的空載率,緩解路網(wǎng)交通擁堵壓力,亟需設(shè)計有效的出租車載客熱門區(qū)域推薦方法.針對傳統(tǒng)的出租車相關(guān)推薦方法忽略實際路況導(dǎo)致推薦精度較低的現(xiàn)狀,提出了一個兩階段的載客熱門區(qū)域?qū)崟r推薦算法.首先,離線挖掘階段,基于出租車歷史軌跡數(shù)據(jù)集提取基于時段屬性的載客熱門區(qū)域;隨后,在線推薦階段,根據(jù)出租車請求位置及時間,結(jié)合實時路況設(shè)計潛在空載時間開銷函數(shù)T_(cost)對載客熱門區(qū)域進(jìn)行評測排序,繼而發(fā)現(xiàn)Top-κ載客熱門區(qū)域.基于出租車軌跡數(shù)據(jù)集的實驗結(jié)果表明,結(jié)合實時交通狀況的Top-κ載客熱門區(qū)域推薦方法以確保較小潛在空載時間開銷,相較于傳統(tǒng)的出租車推薦方法具有較好的有效性與魯棒性.
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the no-load rate of urban taxis and relieve the pressure of traffic congestion on the road network, it is urgent to design an effective recommended method for the hot areas where taxis carry passengers. In view of the fact that the traditional taxicab recommendation methods ignore the actual traffic conditions and lead to low recommendation accuracy, a two-stage real-time recommendation algorithm for hot passenger regions is proposed. Firstly, in the stage of off-line mining, the hot area of passenger carrying is extracted based on the historical track data set of taxi. Then, in the online recommendation stage, according to the location and time of taxi request, the potential no-load time cost function T _ (cost) is designed in combination with the real-time traffic condition to evaluate and sort the hot area of passenger carrying, and then the hot area of Top- 魏 is found. The experimental results based on the taxi track data set show that the recommended method of Top- 魏 passenger hot area combined with real time traffic condition can ensure a small potential no-load time cost. Compared with the traditional taxi recommendation method, it has better effectiveness and robustness.
