基于裂縫寬度統(tǒng)計(jì)的水穩(wěn)碎石微裂技術(shù)試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of shrinkage crack of semi-rigid base, the micro-crack technology of cement stabilized macadam base has been in the initial stage of research and development in China. By studying the relationship between the vibration time of the vibratory compaction instrument and the reduction percentage of the unconfined compressive strength, the corresponding relationship between the microcrack degree and the vibration time is determined. The micro-crack width on the surface of micro-crack specimen was observed and read by using the crack width detector, and the data of the measured micro-crack width was processed and statistically analyzed by SPSS software. The results show that the distribution range of microcrack width under different microcrack degree is determined by descriptive statistical analysis, which provides a theoretical reference for the quantitative relationship of micro-crack technology of cement stabilized crushed stone base. At the same time, the single variable multivariate analysis of variance (UNIANOVA) was used to study the effect of microfracture degree and material structure type on the microcrack width, and it was concluded that the microfracture degree had a significant effect on the microcrack width. However, the structure type of material has no significant effect on the width of microcrack.
