脫油瀝青路用性能研究

【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,全國的高速公路網(wǎng)進(jìn)入了快軌道建設(shè)期。與此同時(shí),對道路瀝青的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量也提出了更高的要求,為了解決瀝青路面在使用過程中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,減少道路病害,向?yàn)r青中添加改性劑已成為了一種重要的手段。但經(jīng)濟(jì)成本的問題也會隨之而來。隨著石化行業(yè)對煉油要求的不斷提高,在渣油溶劑脫瀝青的過程中,產(chǎn)生了脫油瀝青(DOA)副產(chǎn)品。此副產(chǎn)品不僅生產(chǎn)規(guī)模較大,而且經(jīng)濟(jì)成本相對廉價(jià),若部分或全部取代改性劑,則可以降低改性瀝青的成本,國內(nèi)對其使用尚未有系統(tǒng)的研究。本文在總結(jié)脫油瀝青(DOA)基本性質(zhì)和特征的基礎(chǔ)上,通過熒光顯微照相、聚合物改性瀝青相態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)分析、改性瀝青制備混合等手段,對同一型號SBS改性劑、不同型號DOA與同一基質(zhì)瀝青配制的改性瀝青樣品,進(jìn)行了顯微觀測,同時(shí)對其不同時(shí)段的相態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了照片拍攝,并結(jié)合微觀觀測結(jié)果與改性瀝青離析試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,對改性瀝青的相態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)與其存儲穩(wěn)定性之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究。研究表明,分析改性瀝青制備過程中聚合物改性劑的存在相態(tài),可為改性瀝青制備溫度、時(shí)間等提供依據(jù);聚合物改性劑在瀝青中越容易混合、粒徑越小,所得的改性瀝青的穩(wěn)定性越好。研究過程中,對不同DOA摻量的混合瀝青、不同DOA和SBS改性劑摻量復(fù)配的混合瀝青以及SBS改性瀝青進(jìn)行常規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)、P-G分級實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,一定范圍內(nèi)摻量DOA有利于提高瀝青高溫性能,而瀝青的低溫延性有所下降。同時(shí),對上述不同混合瀝青,取用重慶三環(huán)高速公路銅梁至合川段路面工程項(xiàng)目中面層瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)配合比,對其進(jìn)行瀝青混合料的高溫、低溫及水穩(wěn)定性實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,加入一定量的DOA后,可以與完全摻入SBS改性劑后的改性瀝青混合料的性能要求相一致,即可部分取代SBS改性劑,DOA與SBS改性劑復(fù)配時(shí)的適宜摻量為10%的DOA和2%的SBS改性劑。最后,通過技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析得知,在基質(zhì)瀝青中摻配10%DOA和2%SBS改性劑后,每噸瀝青的價(jià)格比在基質(zhì)瀝青中摻入4%SBS改性劑(不考慮其中加入穩(wěn)定劑等)便宜488元,其經(jīng)濟(jì)性相當(dāng)可觀。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the national highway network has entered the period of fast track construction. At the same time, the quantity and quality of road asphalt are also put forward higher requirements, in order to solve the quality problems that often appear in the course of using asphalt pavement, reduce the road disease, Adding modifiers to asphalt has become an important means. But the question of economic costs will follow. With the increasing requirement of oil refining in petrochemical industry, (DOA) by-product of deasphalting is produced in residual oil solvent deasphalting process. This by-product is not only large in scale, but also relatively cheap in economic cost. If the modifier is partially or completely replaced, the cost of modified asphalt can be reduced, but there is no systematic study on its use in China. On the basis of summarizing the basic properties and characteristics of deoiled asphalt (DOA), by means of fluorescence microphotography, phase structure analysis of polymer modified asphalt and preparation and mixing of modified bitumen, the SBS modifier of the same type was studied in this paper. The samples of modified asphalt prepared by different types of DOA and the same base asphalt were observed microscopically, and the phase structure of the modified asphalt at different time periods was photographed, and the results of microcosmic observation were combined with the results of segregation test of modified asphalt. The relationship between phase structure and storage stability of modified asphalt was studied. The results show that the analysis of the phase behavior of polymer modifiers in the preparation of modified asphalt can provide the basis for the preparation temperature and time of modified asphalt. The easier the polymer modifier is mixed in the asphalt, the smaller the particle size is, and the better the stability of the modified asphalt is. In the course of the study, conventional experiments and P-G classification experiments were carried out on mixed asphalt with different DOA content, mixed asphalt with different DOA and SBS modifier and SBS modified asphalt. The experimental results show that the addition of DOA in a certain range can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt, while the low temperature ductility of asphalt decreases. At the same time, the mixture ratio of asphalt mixture of middle surface layer in the pavement engineering project from Tongliang to Hechuan section of Chongqing Sanhuan Expressway was used to test the high temperature, low temperature and water stability of asphalt mixture. The experimental results show that the addition of a certain amount of DOA can meet the performance requirements of the modified asphalt mixture after the SBS modifier is completely added, and can partially replace the SBS modifier. When DOA is mixed with SBS modifier, the suitable dosage of DOA and SBS is 10% and 2%, respectively. Finally, through the technical and economic analysis, it is found that the price per ton of bitumen is 488 yuan cheaper than that of adding 4%SBS modifier (not considering the addition of stabilizer, etc.) to the base asphalt after adding 10%DOA and 2%SBS modifier to the base asphalt. Its economy is considerable.
