永古高速公路舊路拓寬路基差異沉降處治技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid growth of traffic volume, the traffic volume of the expressway built in the early period of our country is nearly saturated, which is inevitable for the reconstruction and expansion of the existing highway. Widening and extending the old road becomes the most direct and effective way to solve the problem. However, there is no mature engineering experience in our country for widening and widening of highway engineering, and the current codes are less involved in the design and construction of road widening. Compared with the new highway engineering, the construction is difficult, the technology is complex, the traffic interference is large, and the quality requirement is high. The design method and construction method of the new project can not solve the problems faced by the reconstruction and extension project. In order to solve the problem of differential settlement of the old section of Yongden-Gulang Expressway, and improve the performance of the Yonggu Expressway after it is opened to traffic, it is necessary to study and demonstrate the widening scheme of the old highway, and put forward reasonable construction technology and engineering measures. Ensure the quality of project construction. Based on the widening section of the old road of Yongden-Gulang Expressway construction project, based on the extensive collection and analysis of the old road widening data at home and abroad, the paper preliminarily determines the widening scheme of the old road of Yongdeng-Gulang Expressway, and combines with the indoor geotechnical test parameters. By means of numerical analysis and theoretical formula checking calculation, the settlement law of roadbed under different widening modes is obtained, and the utilization scheme of old road of overwet loess foundation along relying engineering is optimized. This paper puts forward comprehensive engineering treatment measures and construction control points suitable for widening old roads in overwet loess area. In order to verify the rationality of the widening design of the old road, the test elements are embedded in the cross-section of the widening roadbed of the old road to monitor and analyze the settlement after construction. Verified by the entity engineering of Yonggu Expressway: the geogrid chamber proposed in this paper is used to prevent and cure longitudinal cracks in widening roadbed of old road with good application effect, which proves that it is technically feasible and can be used for reference in similar projects.
