重車(chē)荷載作用下橋梁受力分析及沖擊影響研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)在我國(guó)交通行業(yè)不斷發(fā)展,車(chē)輛的動(dòng)力性能與載重能力不斷提高,促使現(xiàn)在車(chē)輛自重與運(yùn)輸物件重量不斷增加。但由于改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)我國(guó)大力發(fā)展土建基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),高速建設(shè)的同時(shí)由于當(dāng)時(shí)技術(shù)能力與施工方法的局限性,加上長(zhǎng)期處于荷載的沖擊作用,許多橋梁的承載能力已經(jīng)有所下降,難以承受現(xiàn)在日益增加的車(chē)輛重量。本文主要根據(jù)這一點(diǎn),研究重車(chē)荷載作用下橋梁的受力分析及沖擊影響,主要做了以下幾點(diǎn)工作:(1)研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外橋梁汽車(chē)荷載發(fā)展歷史,并且查找我國(guó)重車(chē)運(yùn)輸?shù)南嚓P(guān)數(shù)據(jù),重車(chē)造成橋梁垮塌事故等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),證明重車(chē)荷載作用對(duì)于橋梁健康影響越來(lái)越大。(2)車(chē)輛荷載作用于橋梁的前提,對(duì)荷載效應(yīng)下的結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算理論模型進(jìn)行介紹,并且給出了相關(guān)的橋梁振動(dòng)方程;并且對(duì)于汽車(chē)荷載效應(yīng)計(jì)算、汽車(chē)荷載響應(yīng)實(shí)測(cè)及規(guī)范的布置形式進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)于其效應(yīng)組合的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)于本文所用到的有限元建模軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,與工程計(jì)算軟件Midas Civil進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。(3)運(yùn)用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了車(chē)輛和橋梁的實(shí)體模型,組合形成車(chē)輛通過(guò)橋梁時(shí)的理論模型,并且通過(guò)控制變量方法,保持其他參數(shù)不變,改變車(chē)重因素,提取橋梁撓度、應(yīng)力、振動(dòng)及沖擊系數(shù)等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),研究其變化規(guī)律及橋梁的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)。(4)結(jié)合重車(chē)通過(guò)橋梁動(dòng)荷載實(shí)驗(yàn)的工程實(shí)例,運(yùn)用Midas Civil建立相關(guān)的橋梁模型,布置車(chē)道及車(chē)輛荷載,提取模型數(shù)據(jù)與工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出橋梁的受力變化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the transportation industry in our country, the dynamic performance and the load capacity of the vehicles have been improved, which has promoted the increasing of the weight of the vehicles and the weight of the transport objects. However, since the reform and opening up, our country has vigorously developed the construction of civil infrastructure, while the high-speed construction is also due to the limitations of the technical capacity and construction methods at that time, plus the impact of long-term load. The bearing capacity of many bridges has declined, making it difficult to bear the growing weight of vehicles. According to this point, this paper mainly studies the force analysis and impact effect of bridge under heavy truck load. The main work is as follows: (1) the development history of bridge vehicle load at home and abroad is studied. And look up the relevant data of heavy truck transportation in our country, such as bridge collapse accident caused by heavy car, which proves that the effect of heavy car load on bridge health is more and more serious. (2) the premise of vehicle load acting on bridge, The theoretical model of structure calculation under load effect is introduced, and the vibration equation of bridge is given. And for the vehicle load effect calculation, the vehicle load response measurement and the code layout form is analyzed, the development trend of its effect combination is expounded, and the finite element modeling software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, used in this paper is discussed. A brief introduction to the engineering calculation software Midas Civil is given. (3) the entity model of vehicle and bridge is established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the theoretical model of vehicle passing through bridge is formed by combination, and the method of controlling variables is adopted. Keeping other parameters unchanged, changing the vehicle weight factor, extracting the bridge deflection, stress, vibration and impact coefficient and other relevant data, studying its change law and the dynamic response of the bridge. (4) combining with the engineering example of the dynamic load experiment of the heavy truck passing through the bridge, The bridge model is built with Midas Civil, and the load of driveway and vehicle is arranged. The model data are extracted and compared with the measured data, and the force change of the bridge is obtained.
