電子不停車(chē)收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)過(guò)車(chē)成功率問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:ETC系統(tǒng)在收費(fèi)站車(chē)道上的大量的應(yīng)用,使得收費(fèi)站過(guò)車(chē)效率明顯提升,費(fèi)額流失減少,節(jié)能減排效果已逐步體現(xiàn),收費(fèi)站的管理效率明顯提高,ETC的應(yīng)用成為今后收費(fèi)站車(chē)道智能系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的趨勢(shì)。但是由于當(dāng)前電子和通信技術(shù)的限制,在ETC車(chē)道大量投入使用的過(guò)程中,也涌現(xiàn)出了該系統(tǒng)還存在的各種實(shí)際應(yīng)用問(wèn)題。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),目前我國(guó)大多數(shù)省份的ETC車(chē)道過(guò)車(chē)成功率不到98%(國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求為98.5%)。雖然現(xiàn)在各ETC系統(tǒng)集成商和相關(guān)設(shè)備研發(fā)單位的ETC系統(tǒng)路側(cè)單元(RSU)和車(chē)載單元(OBU)均要求通過(guò)交通部公路科學(xué)研究院國(guó)家智能交通系統(tǒng)工程技術(shù)研究中心的測(cè)試認(rèn)證,但是在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的交易成功率還是不夠理想。同時(shí),由于ETC系統(tǒng)是結(jié)合了微波短程通信、計(jì)算機(jī)智能控制和公路工程建設(shè)三大領(lǐng)域的技術(shù),使得其涌現(xiàn)出來(lái)的問(wèn)題具有專業(yè)跨度大、綜合性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),這也就導(dǎo)致ETC車(chē)道過(guò)車(chē)成功率問(wèn)題成為了一個(gè)復(fù)雜,且缺少深入研究的課題。正是認(rèn)識(shí)到研究該課題的重要性,及其對(duì)我國(guó)ETC車(chē)道既有技術(shù)問(wèn)題解決的實(shí)際意義,本人對(duì)電子不停車(chē)收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的各外圍設(shè)備之電子電路、微波短程通信、工程建設(shè)方案進(jìn)行了深入研究,并通過(guò)本文的全方位分析與實(shí)際問(wèn)題解決經(jīng)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合,找出了在ETC車(chē)道維護(hù)中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的相關(guān)問(wèn)題的解決方法,以期對(duì)高速公路運(yùn)營(yíng)管理單位、高速公路技術(shù)維護(hù)單位提供相應(yīng)的技術(shù)參考。本文用較大篇幅分析了看似與交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)不深的電子和通信相關(guān)技術(shù),其用意是為探索出ETC車(chē)道過(guò)車(chē)交易成功率不高的本質(zhì)原因。只有找到的問(wèn)題的本質(zhì),我們才能從一些表象的直接問(wèn)題反映中入手,通過(guò)最直接和簡(jiǎn)單的辦法徹底解決問(wèn)題。本文的后半部分是以云南省太平收費(fèi)站入口ETC車(chē)道的實(shí)際問(wèn)題為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)本文前半部分所得出的問(wèn)題原因,對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析,查找導(dǎo)致問(wèn)題發(fā)生的主因,并實(shí)際動(dòng)手實(shí)驗(yàn),解決該問(wèn)題。通過(guò)這樣的方式,興許能夠?qū)罄m(xù)查閱本文的讀者,起到指導(dǎo)其將理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的效果。
[Abstract]:The application of ETC system in toll station driveway makes the efficiency of passing through toll station improve obviously, the loss of charge amount decreases, the effect of energy saving and emission reduction has been realized step by step, and the management efficiency of toll station has been improved obviously. The application of ETC becomes the trend of the construction of lane intelligent system of toll station in the future. However, due to the limitation of the current electronic and communication technology, during the process of the ETC lane being put into use, there are also various practical application problems that still exist in the system. According to statistics, the success rate of ETC lane crossing in most provinces is less than 98% (the national standard is 98.5%). Although now the ETC system road-side unit (RSU) and the on-board unit (OBU) of various ETC system integrators and related equipment R & D units are required to be tested and certified by the National Intelligent Transportation system Engineering and Technology Research Center of the National Research Institute of Highway Science of the Ministry of Communications. But in the actual application of the transaction success rate is still not ideal. At the same time, because the ETC system is a combination of microwave short-range communication, computer intelligent control and highway engineering construction technology, the emerging problems have the characteristics of large professional span and strong comprehensiveness. As a result, the success rate of ETC lane crossing has become a complex and lack of in-depth research. In recognition of the importance of studying this subject and its practical significance in solving the existing technical problems of ETC lanes in our country, I have made an analysis of the electronic circuits and microwave short-range communications of the peripheral devices of the electronic non-stop toll collection system. Based on the comprehensive analysis of this paper and the experience of solving practical problems, the author finds out the solutions to the related problems found in the ETC lane maintenance, in order to solve the problems in expressway operation and management units. Expressway technical maintenance unit provides the corresponding technical reference. This paper analyzes the electronic and communication related technologies which seem to be not closely related to the transportation industry. The purpose of this paper is to explore the essential reasons for the low success rate of ETC lane overtaking transactions. Only when we find the essence of the problem can we solve the problem through the most direct and simple method. The second part of this paper is based on the actual problem of ETC lane at the entrance of Taiping Toll Station in Yunnan Province. According to the reason of the problem obtained in the first half of this paper, the author analyzes the main cause of the problem, finds out the main cause of the problem, and does some practical experiments. Solve the problem. In this way, it may be able to guide the readers to combine theory with practice.
