千斤頂作用下帶榫管片的裂紋擴(kuò)展規(guī)律

【摘要】:針對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道施工過(guò)程中帶榫管片易出現(xiàn)裂紋及局部破損的現(xiàn)象,運(yùn)用ABAQUS中的擴(kuò)展有限單元法,建立了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)帶榫管片的數(shù)值模型,并針對(duì)管片受力不均、千斤頂加壓不同步和千斤頂偏心荷載3種不良施工荷載情況下的12個(gè)具體工況,對(duì)施工過(guò)程中帶榫管片裂紋初始開(kāi)裂位置、擴(kuò)展方向及裂紋空間分布規(guī)律等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析.研究結(jié)果表明:不良施工荷載是帶榫管片產(chǎn)生裂紋的主要因素,荷載大的位置易產(chǎn)生裂紋,千斤頂先接觸部位易產(chǎn)生裂紋;帶榫管片凸榫端中部較兩端易產(chǎn)生裂紋,帶榫管片內(nèi)弧面較外弧面更易產(chǎn)生裂紋;3種不良施工荷載對(duì)帶榫管片的損害程度由強(qiáng)到弱依次為千斤頂偏心荷載、千斤頂加壓不同步和管片受力不均.
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon that cracks and local breakage are easy to appear in the segment with tenon during the construction of shield tunnel, the numerical model of the standard tenon segment is established by using the extended finite element method in ABAQUS, and the stress of the segment is not uniform. Under three kinds of bad construction loads, the initial crack position, propagation direction and crack spatial distribution of the crack with tenon and tenon in the construction process are analyzed systematically under three kinds of bad construction loads: the pressure of the Jack is out of sync and the eccentricity load of the Jack. The research results show that the bad construction load is the main factor to produce crack in the mortise pipe, the crack is easy to occur in the position with large load, and the crack in the contact part of the Jack at first. It is easier to produce cracks in the middle part of the convex tenon end than at both ends, and the inner arc surface is more prone to crack than the outer arc surface. The damage degree of the three kinds of bad construction load to the mortified segment is the eccentric load of the Jack from strong to weak, the pressure of the Jack is out of sync and the force of the segment is uneven.
