修補砂漿抗鹽凍性能的試驗研究

【摘要】:季凍區(qū)水泥混凝土路面、橋梁防撞墻等部位常受到除冰鹽引起的鹽凍破壞,修補材料的抗鹽凍性能影響修補工程的長期質(zhì)量。制備了水泥基聚合物修補砂漿,通過摻加憎水劑和聚丙烯纖維來改善修補砂漿的抗?jié)B性、韌性和體積穩(wěn)定性,綜合提升修補砂漿的抗鹽凍性能。試驗結(jié)果表明,摻加1.5%的有機硅憎水劑和0.2%的聚丙烯纖維均可明顯提高修補砂漿的折壓比,降低收縮率,使修補砂漿的抗裂能力得以提升;電通量降低明顯,28次單面鹽凍試驗后,試件單位面積剝落物明顯降低,修補砂漿的耐久性得到改善。
[Abstract]:In quarter-frozen area cement concrete pavement and bridge anti-collision wall are often damaged by salt freezing caused by deicing salt. The long-term quality of repair works is affected by the salt frost resistance of repair materials. Cement-based polymer mortar was prepared to improve the impermeability, toughness and volume stability of the modified mortar by adding hydrophobic agent and polypropylene fiber. The experimental results show that the addition of 1.5% silicone hydrophobic agent and 0.2% polypropylene fiber can obviously increase the ratio of broken to pressure of repaired mortar, reduce the shrinkage, and improve the crack resistance of the repaired mortar. After 28 times of single side salt freezing test, the spalling matter per unit area of the specimen was obviously reduced, and the durability of the repaired mortar was improved.
