【摘要】：針對我國高速公路項目在施工過程中存在的風險問題,本文首先分析了高速公路項目建設現(xiàn)狀;然后,從工期風險、技術風險、費用風險和質量風險四個方面分析高速公路項目施工風險的影響因素;最后,有針對性制定了高速公路項目施工風險管理措施,以降低項目的施工風險,提高高速公路項目建設效率,優(yōu)化項目的資源配置,保證項目的順利實施。
[Abstract]:In view of the risk problems existing in the construction process of the expressway project in China, this paper first analyzes the present situation of the expressway project construction; Then, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of expressway project construction risk from four aspects: duration risk, technical risk, cost risk and quality risk. Finally, the measures of expressway project construction risk management are formulated in order to reduce the construction risk, improve the efficiency of highway project construction, optimize the resource allocation of the project, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
