基質(zhì)瀝青中低溫粘彈性能的研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面憑借其優(yōu)良的平整性、快速的修補(bǔ)性能以及低廉的養(yǎng)護(hù)成本等優(yōu)勢(shì)在眾多的路面類型中脫穎而出。眾多學(xué)者在研究瀝青混合料路用性能方面做了許多卓有成效的工作,而對(duì)于組成瀝青混合料最基本的瀝青材料性能卻少有突破。瀝青材料是感溫性材料,具有明顯的粘彈性性質(zhì),極易受溫度、行駛速度等外界因素的影響。近年來,對(duì)于瀝青路面的高溫穩(wěn)定性研究較多,碩果累累,而對(duì)于其中低溫性能的研究卻少之又少,而最關(guān)鍵的是基質(zhì)瀝青的中低溫路用性能反映指標(biāo)的研究;诓牧系恼硰椥岳碚,對(duì)其彈性、粘性、粘彈性等不同狀態(tài)下的基本力學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了綜述。從開裂機(jī)理、影響因素、試驗(yàn)方法、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)等方面對(duì)瀝青的中低溫開裂做了研究,基于鎮(zhèn)海70#基質(zhì)瀝青,設(shè)計(jì)了試驗(yàn)方案,并運(yùn)用相關(guān)分析軟件,對(duì)其粘彈性參數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,分析了參數(shù)敏感性,在已有指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上提出了合適的指標(biāo)來評(píng)價(jià)基質(zhì)瀝青中低溫性能。為了模擬瀝青路面的實(shí)際工作環(huán)境,采用流變儀對(duì)瀝青試樣進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)剪切試驗(yàn),取降溫速率為1°/min,頻率掃描為1Hz-20Hz,溫度掃描為-10℃~50℃,得到了瀝青試件在降溫速率為1°/min下,不同溫度和不同頻率條件下的系列粘彈性參數(shù)。運(yùn)用Origin分析軟件,對(duì)其粘彈性參數(shù)的敏感性進(jìn)行了研究,得到如下結(jié)論:溫度分別為-10℃、-5°℃、0℃、5℃、10℃、30℃、40℃、50℃ 時(shí),頻率在1Hz-20Hz變化下,通過對(duì)Han曲線的分析,得出該瀝青為非均相體,對(duì)瀝青粘度、儲(chǔ)能模量、損失模量、車轍因子等模量進(jìn)行擬合,推出車轍因子在O℃~10℃范圍內(nèi)表現(xiàn)較為敏感;在降溫速率為1 °/min,頻率分別為5Hz、10Hz、15Hz時(shí),溫度在-10℃~50℃變化下,通過粘度敏感性分析,得出頻率在15Hz時(shí),粘度值較為敏感,結(jié)合粘度對(duì)路用性能的影響,分析得到粘度-車轍因子在中低溫區(qū)間較為敏感。通過回歸分析,得到各參數(shù)對(duì)數(shù)下隨溫度變化規(guī)律,頻率在15Hz時(shí),當(dāng)溫度為-10℃~10℃,推薦使用lg(G*/sinδ)的變化率來評(píng)價(jià)瀝青的低溫性能,在溫度為10℃~50℃時(shí),比較已有指標(biāo),采用G*(sinδ)9作為中溫參考指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement stands out among many pavement types by virtue of its excellent smoothness, fast repair performance and low maintenance cost. Many scholars have done a lot of fruitful research on the performance of asphalt mixture, but few breakthroughs have been made on the performance of asphalt mixture. Bitumen is a temperature-sensitive material with obvious viscoelastic properties, which is easily affected by external factors such as temperature, driving speed and so on. In recent years, there have been many and fruitful researches on the high temperature stability of asphalt pavement, but the research on the low temperature performance of the asphalt pavement is rare, and the key is the research on the performance index of the medium and low temperature asphalt. Based on the viscoelastic theory of materials, the basic mechanical properties of materials in different states such as elasticity and viscoelasticity are reviewed. The cracking mechanism, influencing factors, test methods and evaluation indexes of asphalt were studied in this paper. Based on Zhenhai 70# base asphalt, the test scheme was designed, and the related analysis software was used. The viscoelastic parameters were studied, and the sensitivity of the parameters was analyzed. On the basis of the existing indexes, a suitable index was proposed to evaluate the medium and low temperature performance of the matrix asphalt. In order to simulate the actual working environment of asphalt pavement, the dynamic shear test of asphalt sample was carried out by rheometer.
