【摘要】：隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程的加快,干線公路發(fā)揮的作用越來越大,干線公路交通需求增長迅速,而基礎(chǔ)交通設(shè)施建設(shè)相對緩慢,交通管理水平也相對落后,由此衍生的交通問題也越發(fā)尖銳,干線公路交通供需不平衡,交通擁擠問題日漸突顯,交通安全性下降,嚴(yán)重時還會導(dǎo)致交通事故的發(fā)生。因此,對干線公路交通運行狀態(tài)進行評價,不僅是研究干線公路交通運行特征規(guī)律的關(guān)鍵手段,還有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)交通運行不理想的原因,為干線公路管理者制定交通改善政策和措施提供理論支持,甚至可以對其規(guī)劃設(shè)計起到指導(dǎo)作用。本文遵循“總結(jié)國內(nèi)外研究成果—指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建—交通運行狀態(tài)評價—交通運行狀態(tài)改善措施分析”的思路,首先,通過資料搜集和對比分析,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于交通運行狀態(tài)的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出干線公路交通運行狀態(tài)評價方面存在的缺陷和不足;其次,從干線公路的交通流量、交通阻斷、突發(fā)事件三個方面進行評價,選取適用的評價指標(biāo),分別構(gòu)建不同交通運行狀態(tài)評價指標(biāo)體系;再次,選取重點監(jiān)測路段,構(gòu)建干線公路重點監(jiān)測路段選取模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究路網(wǎng)的交通運行狀態(tài)評價過程;最后,針對干線公路交通運行不理想的狀態(tài),研究實用可行的改善措施,提高干線公路的運行效率。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, trunk roads play a more and more important role. The traffic demand of trunk roads is growing rapidly, while the construction of basic transport facilities is relatively slow, and the level of traffic management is relatively backward. The traffic problems derived from this are becoming more and more acute, the traffic supply and demand of trunk roads are unbalanced, the problem of traffic congestion is becoming more and more prominent, the traffic safety is declining, and when it is serious, it will lead to the occurrence of traffic accidents. Therefore, the evaluation of the traffic running state of the trunk highway is not only the key means to study the characteristics of the traffic operation of the trunk highway, but also helps to find out the causes of the unsatisfactory traffic operation. It can provide theoretical support for highway managers to formulate traffic improvement policies and measures, and even play a guiding role in their planning and design. This paper follows the idea of "summing up the domestic and foreign research achievements-constructing the index system-evaluating the traffic running state-analyzing the measures to improve the traffic running state". Firstly, through collecting and comparing the data, This paper summarizes the current situation of research on traffic operation status at home and abroad, and points out the defects and deficiencies in the evaluation of traffic operation status of trunk roads. Secondly, from three aspects of traffic flow, traffic interruption, emergency evaluation of the trunk highway, select suitable evaluation indicators, respectively build different traffic operation status evaluation index system; Thirdly, select the key monitoring section, construct the selection model of the key monitoring section of the trunk highway, and on this basis, study the evaluation process of the road network traffic running state; Finally, the paper studies practical and feasible improvement measures to improve the running efficiency of trunk highway.
