瀝青混合料動態(tài)模量的研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅猛,與此同時(shí)我國的公路需求也在不斷增大,因而我國不斷完善公路系統(tǒng)并修建越來越多的公路投入運(yùn)營。我國瀝青路面的設(shè)計(jì)方法也相應(yīng)的隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)以及公路運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展而不斷地完善,各有關(guān)部門、高等院校等都對改進(jìn)瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)方法與設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)加大了重視力度。動態(tài)條件作用下的瀝青混合料,其力學(xué)性質(zhì)與在靜態(tài)作用條件下的力學(xué)性質(zhì)相比具有比較大的差別,而路面實(shí)際的受力狀態(tài)可以通過動態(tài)模量來反映出來,因而研究瀝青混合料的動態(tài)模量來研究瀝青路面真實(shí)的受力狀態(tài)是具有重要的意義的。本文是在大量實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上對動態(tài)模量進(jìn)行盡量全面地研究的。首先是制備動態(tài)模量試件,這可以通過旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實(shí)儀等實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)。為了增加試驗(yàn)的準(zhǔn)確性以及影響因素的多樣性,本文選擇了12種瀝青混合料包括三種瀝青種類、四種混合料級配類型進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)試件的制備。對得到的試驗(yàn)試件利用基本性能試驗(yàn)儀在六個(gè)頻率5個(gè)溫度下進(jìn)行動態(tài)模量的試驗(yàn)。動態(tài)模量試驗(yàn)之后,我們通過數(shù)據(jù)處理分析得到各因素與瀝青混合料動態(tài)模量相互關(guān)聯(lián)的關(guān)系以及各因素對其影響的趨勢和規(guī)律。同時(shí),基于時(shí)—溫等效原理建立瀝青混合料的主曲線,又對研究得到規(guī)律進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步印證。最后對動態(tài)模量預(yù)估模型進(jìn)行研究,得到適宜本文各瀝青混合料動態(tài)模量的預(yù)估模型以及各因素對修正預(yù)估模型的作用。本文對深入研究瀝青混合料的動態(tài)模量影響因素和預(yù)估模型具有較大的參考作用,同時(shí)會產(chǎn)生一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值與經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economic development of our country is swift and violent, at the same time our country's highway demand is also increasing, so our country unceasingly consummates the highway system and builds more and more highways to put into operation. With the development of national economy and highway transportation system, the design method of asphalt pavement in our country has been improved continuously. The departments concerned and colleges and universities have paid more attention to improving the design method and design index of asphalt pavement. The mechanical properties of asphalt mixture under dynamic condition are quite different from those under static condition, and the actual stress state of pavement can be reflected by dynamic modulus. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture to study the true stress state of asphalt pavement. On the basis of a large number of experiments, the dynamic modulus is studied as comprehensively as possible in this paper. First, the dynamic modulus specimen is prepared, which can be achieved by rotating compaction apparatus and other experimental equipment. In order to increase the accuracy of the test and the diversity of influencing factors, 12 kinds of asphalt mixture including three kinds of asphalt and four types of mixture gradation were selected to prepare the test samples. The dynamic modulus of the samples was tested at six frequencies and five temperatures by using the basic performance tester. After the dynamic modulus test, we get the relationship between each factor and the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture through data processing analysis, as well as the trend and law of the influence of each factor on the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture. At the same time, the main curve of asphalt mixture is established based on the principle of time-temperature equivalence. Finally, the dynamic modulus prediction model is studied, and the prediction model suitable for each asphalt mixture in this paper and the effect of various factors on the modified prediction model are obtained. This paper is of great reference to the further study of the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture and the prediction model, and will produce certain application value and economic value at the same time.
