瀝青路面車(chē)轍行為仿真與預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:瀝青路面轍損害現(xiàn)象越來(lái)越突出,車(chē)轍共有三種類(lèi)型,其中失穩(wěn)型車(chē)轍最為普遍,危害也最大。車(chē)轍病害嚴(yán)影響路面使用壽命、行車(chē)的安全性和舒適性,如何預(yù)測(cè)車(chē)轍變形的發(fā)展以及防治車(chē)轍病害已經(jīng)成為道路工程界迫切解決的熱點(diǎn)關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。論文基于路面力學(xué)彈性層狀理論體系,建立了瀝青路面3D有限元模型,開(kāi)展靜態(tài)路面結(jié)構(gòu)的響應(yīng)分析,依據(jù)力學(xué)分析成果,提出抗車(chē)轍瀝青混合料的最佳結(jié)構(gòu)組合設(shè)計(jì);深入分析了瀝青路面材料模量、結(jié)構(gòu)層厚度以及軸重變化對(duì)路面結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)響應(yīng)的影響作用,同時(shí)結(jié)合抗車(chē)轍瀝青混凝土,從工程技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)角度分析給出了合理的彈性模量取值范圍。之后基于有限元非線性理論模型,結(jié)合瀝青混合料的粘彈特點(diǎn),提出合理的材料模型,利用Ansys通用有限元軟件構(gòu)建瀝青路面車(chē)轍數(shù)值分析模型;通過(guò)單軸蠕變?cè)囼?yàn),得到貝雷-諾頓蠕變模型參數(shù),成功開(kāi)展瀝青路面車(chē)轍有限元的仿真分析,提出車(chē)轍發(fā)展回歸公式。最后,針對(duì)我國(guó)瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)以及現(xiàn)有瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)體現(xiàn)存在的不足,提出增加容許剪切應(yīng)力和容許轍槽深度兩個(gè)指標(biāo)作為現(xiàn)有設(shè)計(jì)方法的補(bǔ)充設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The rutting damage of asphalt pavement is more and more prominent. There are three types of ruts, among which unstable ruts are the most common and most harmful. Rutting disease severely affects pavement service life, driving safety and comfort. How to predict the development of rutting deformation and how to prevent rutting disease have become a hot topic in road engineering field. Based on the elastic layer theory system of pavement mechanics, the 3D finite element model of asphalt pavement is established, and the response analysis of static pavement structure is carried out. According to the results of mechanical analysis, the optimum structural combination design of anti-rutting asphalt mixture is put forward. The influence of the material modulus of asphalt pavement, the thickness of structure layer and axle load on the mechanical response of pavement structure is deeply analyzed. At the same time, the anti-rutting asphalt concrete is combined. From the point of view of engineering technology and economy, the reasonable range of elastic modulus is given. Then, based on the nonlinear theory model of finite element and the viscoelastic characteristics of asphalt mixture, a reasonable material model is put forward, and a numerical analysis model of asphalt pavement rutting is constructed by using Ansys software. Through uniaxial creep test, the parameters of Berey-Norton creep model are obtained, and the finite element simulation analysis of asphalt pavement rutting is carried out successfully, and the regression formula of rutting development is put forward. Finally, in view of the structural characteristics of asphalt pavement in China and the shortcomings of the existing asphalt pavement design, two indexes of increasing allowable shear stress and allowable rutting depth are proposed as supplementary design indexes of the existing design methods.
