高速公路瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量監(jiān)控方法與體系研究

【摘要】:在道路工程領(lǐng)域中,由于施工質(zhì)量管理體系長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)存在很大的缺陷,使得我國(guó)高速公路瀝青路面一直擺脫不了早期損壞的命運(yùn)。經(jīng)大量實(shí)踐證明,現(xiàn)行的事后檢測(cè)驗(yàn)收制度并不能對(duì)瀝青路面早期損壞的結(jié)果有所改善。特別地,目前的施工質(zhì)量管理體系中存在著一個(gè)嚴(yán)重影響瀝青路面質(zhì)量的痼疾,就是“虛假數(shù)據(jù)”的問(wèn)題。故建立一套完善的瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系同時(shí)進(jìn)行信息化管理成為當(dāng)前迫切的任務(wù)。本文以開(kāi)發(fā)完善的信息化管理體系為最終目的,以“復(fù)合式”高速公路瀝青路面施工為背景,建立了一套路面施工全過(guò)程的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系。首先,結(jié)合以往瀝青路面的咨詢(xún)工作,仔細(xì)研讀施工圖紙,根據(jù)本工程的實(shí)際情況,編寫(xiě)本項(xiàng)目的路面施工質(zhì)量控制與管理手冊(cè),從而建立瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量保證體系與管理流程以及信息化管理平臺(tái)。其次,在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,收集各方專(zhuān)家的意見(jiàn)作為參考,依據(jù)施工過(guò)程中涉及的因素,按照易于監(jiān)控,便于檢測(cè)原則,歸納出施工過(guò)程的監(jiān)控指標(biāo),按照遞階結(jié)構(gòu)分別建立了施工前和施工中監(jiān)控指標(biāo)體系,并通過(guò)分析總結(jié)選擇了合適的指標(biāo)標(biāo)度法,最終推薦使用0-4標(biāo)度法。然后,設(shè)計(jì)出“德?tīng)柗品ā彼枰獏R集專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn)的表格,匯總統(tǒng)計(jì)了15個(gè)專(zhuān)家關(guān)于指標(biāo)“重要性標(biāo)度”和“評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”的意見(jiàn)并通過(guò)改進(jìn)的AHP法建立若干判斷矩陣,計(jì)算出指標(biāo)體系中各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重值。最后,縱觀古今中外的指標(biāo)質(zhì)量度量方法,推薦采用專(zhuān)家評(píng)分法和PWL(允許限值內(nèi)百分率)法聯(lián)合評(píng)價(jià)的方法建立指標(biāo)體系的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并最終統(tǒng)一回歸到得分值的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以便對(duì)整個(gè)路面進(jìn)行總評(píng)價(jià),從而建立了評(píng)價(jià)因子層中各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的得分體系。再結(jié)合權(quán)重值,即可計(jì)算出更高層次指標(biāo)的得分,使得對(duì)施工各環(huán)節(jié)都能做出評(píng)價(jià)。同時(shí),為了防止“虛假數(shù)據(jù)”的出現(xiàn),在施工中,需對(duì)各方數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行真實(shí)性檢驗(yàn)。最終,通過(guò)列舉某一路段的具體施工作為說(shuō)明,把路面施工質(zhì)量測(cè)評(píng)全過(guò)程演示了一遍,并說(shuō)明了其在實(shí)際施工運(yùn)行中收到良好的效果。為開(kāi)發(fā)出一套完善的信息化管理系統(tǒng)作出了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the field of road engineering, because of the defects of the construction quality management system for a long time, the asphalt pavement of expressway in our country has always been unable to get rid of the fate of early damage. It has been proved by a lot of practice that the current post-inspection and acceptance system can not improve the result of early damage of asphalt pavement. In particular, there is a chronic disease which seriously affects the quality of asphalt pavement in the current construction quality management system, which is the problem of "false data". Therefore, it is an urgent task to establish a set of perfect asphalt pavement construction quality monitoring system and carry on the information management at the same time. This paper takes the development of a perfect information management system as the ultimate goal, taking the "compound" expressway asphalt pavement construction as the background, and establishes a set of quality monitoring system of the whole process of the pavement construction. First of all, according to the actual situation of the project, we compile the manual of pavement construction quality control and management according to the previous consulting work of asphalt pavement, and carefully read the construction drawings. In order to establish asphalt pavement construction quality assurance system, management process and information management platform. Secondly, on the basis of drawing lessons from relevant technical norms and practical experience at home and abroad, collecting the opinions of experts from all sides as reference, according to the factors involved in the construction process, according to the principles of easy monitoring and easy detection, The monitoring index of construction process is summed up and the monitoring index system before and during construction is established according to the hierarchical structure, and the suitable index scale method is selected through analysis and summary, and the 0-4 scale method is recommended finally. Then, a table of experts' opinions is designed, and the opinions of 15 experts on the "importance scale" and "evaluation criteria" of the indicators are collected and counted, and some judgment matrices are established through the improved AHP method. Calculate the weight of each index in the index system. Finally, looking back at the traditional and modern index quality measurement methods, it is recommended that the expert scoring method and the PWL (allowable percentage within limit) method be used to establish the evaluation criteria of the index system. Finally, the standard of returning to the score value is unified in order to evaluate the whole road surface, and the scoring system of each index in the evaluation factor layer is established. Combined with the weight value, we can calculate the score of the higher level index, so that each link can be evaluated. At the same time, in order to prevent the appearance of "false data", it is necessary to check the authenticity of the data in construction. Finally, by listing the concrete construction of a section of road as an explanation, the whole process of pavement construction quality evaluation is demonstrated, and it is shown that it has a good effect in the actual construction operation. For the development of a set of perfect information management system to make a solid theoretical basis.
