【摘要】：充氣式高壓橡膠氣囊作為一種新的密封方式被應(yīng)用到盾構(gòu)施工中。為了解決隧道盾構(gòu)進(jìn)出洞施工中的盾構(gòu)密封問(wèn)題,從密封原理出發(fā),進(jìn)行了性能參數(shù)、裝置結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、氣囊選型設(shè)計(jì)、安裝操作流程等方面的分析研究,結(jié)果表明:充氣式高壓橡膠氣囊可以實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)出洞門(mén)與盾構(gòu)外殼的可靠密封,其操作性和可靠性相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)密封方式有了很大的改進(jìn)和提高,目前已在盾構(gòu)進(jìn)出洞密封工程中得到了應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:As a new sealing method, inflatable high pressure rubber air bag is applied in shield construction. In order to solve the problem of shield sealing in tunnel shield tunnel construction, the performance parameters, device structure characteristics, airbag selection and design, installation operation flow and so on are analyzed and studied based on the sealing principle. The results show that the pneumatic high pressure rubber air bag can realize the reliable sealing of the inlet and outlet door and shield shell, and its operation and reliability have been greatly improved compared with the traditional sealing method. At present, it has been applied in shield tunnel sealing engineering.
