【摘要】：中低收入人群是社會發(fā)展過程中具有典型特征的一類特殊群體,而居住與出行是生活質(zhì)量的核心要素,開展中低收入人群居住與出行選擇行為系統(tǒng)綜述,對促進城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、改善交通出行環(huán)境具有基礎(chǔ)作用.本文主要從居住地選擇與滿意度評估、出行選擇行為、居住地與交通出行關(guān)聯(lián)性三個層面,對中低收入群體居住與出行選擇行為涉及的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題、特征指標(biāo)、分析模型、存在不足進行分析評述.總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn):相關(guān)研究對象上缺少針對中低收入特定人群,研究方法將居住和出行劃分為兩個系統(tǒng),宏觀空間布局模型與微觀行為分析模型相互獨立,測量指標(biāo)以可直接觀測的外在變量為主,居民內(nèi)在主觀感受變量考慮不足.最后,提出了未來中低收入群體居住與出行選擇行為一體化研究的發(fā)展方向.
[Abstract]:Low and middle income group is a special group with typical characteristics in the process of social development, and residence and travel are the core elements of quality of life. It plays a fundamental role in promoting the optimization of urban spatial structure and improving the transportation environment. This article mainly from the residence choice and satisfaction evaluation, the travel choice behavior, the residence and the transportation travel correlation three aspects, to the middle and low income group residence and the travel choice behavior related key scientific question, the characteristic index, the analysis model. The shortcomings are analyzed and reviewed. The conclusions are as follows: the research object is lack of the low and middle income specific population, the research method divides residence and travel into two systems, the macro spatial layout model and the micro behavior analysis model are independent of each other. The main measurement indexes are external variables which can be observed directly, and the internal subjective perception variables of residents are not considered enough. Finally, the development direction of the research on the integration of residence and travel choice behavior of low and middle income groups in the future is put forward.
