合肥地鐵6號風(fēng)井開挖對鄰近高速公路的影響

【摘要】:本文針對深基坑開挖對鄰近構(gòu)筑物沉降影響這一課題,采用有限元數(shù)值模擬軟件Midas GTS分析研究了合肥地鐵深基坑開挖對鄰近高速公路的影響。在分析中建立了考慮高速公路及基坑施工過程的三維有限元模型,著重研究了鄰近高速公路在不同開挖階段的最大沉降變化以及不同開挖階段高速公路的路面沉降分布規(guī)律。所得主要結(jié)論如下:(1)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)顯示的基坑圍護結(jié)構(gòu)位移變化情況以及路面變化情況與數(shù)值模擬出的情況雖然在數(shù)值大小上不是非常接近,但是變化趨勢比較接近;(2)開挖至基底后路面的最大沉降量為7.77mm,離基坑最遠端的路面沉降量為1.13mm。對高速公路安全使用沒有造成影響;(3)路面的最大沉降區(qū)域始終在離基坑最近的一側(cè)路面,隨著開挖的進行,路面的最大沉降量不斷增加,但增加速率不斷減小;(4)隨著開挖的進行,路面的沉降影響范圍不斷擴大,開挖至4m深時的影響范圍為10.8m,開挖至13m深時的影響范圍為28.58mm,開挖至最后的沉降影響范圍覆蓋整個路面,但其主要影響范圍為32m左右,再往遠處發(fā)展的沉降量可以忽略不計;(5)在以后的深基坑開挖工程中,一定要做好監(jiān)測工作,離基坑較近一側(cè)的沉降監(jiān)測應(yīng)作為重點監(jiān)測區(qū)域;(6)利用數(shù)值模擬方法計算基坑開挖對鄰近高速公路的影響是可行的,計算結(jié)果比較接近真實施工情況。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of the influence of deep foundation pit excavation on the settlement of adjacent structures, the influence of deep foundation pit excavation on adjacent expressway is studied by using finite element numerical simulation software Midas GTS. In the analysis, a three-dimensional finite element model considering the construction process of expressway and foundation pit is established, and the maximum settlement variation of adjacent expressway in different excavation stages and the distribution law of pavement settlement in different excavation stages are studied. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the displacement change of foundation pit enclosure structure and the change of pavement are not very close to the numerical simulation, but the variation trend is close; (2) the maximum settlement of the pavement after excavation to the base is 7.77 mm, and that of the far end of the foundation pit is 1.13 mm. There is no influence on the safe use of expressway; (3) the maximum settlement of the pavement is always on the nearest side of the foundation pit. With the excavation, the maximum settlement of the pavement increases continuously, but the increasing rate decreases; (4) with the development of excavation, the influence range of pavement settlement is continuously expanded, the influence range of excavation to 4 m depth is 10.8 m, the influence range of excavation to 13 m depth is 28.58 mm, and the influence range of excavation to the final settlement covers the whole pavement. However, its main influence range is about 32m, and the amount of settlement developed further can be ignored. (5) in the later excavation of deep foundation pit, the monitoring work must be done well, and the settlement monitoring near the foundation pit should be regarded as the key monitoring area; (6) it is feasible to use the numerical simulation method to calculate the influence of foundation pit excavation on the adjacent expressway, and the calculated results are close to the actual construction situation.
