瀝青路面用復(fù)合定形相變材料的路用性能研究

【摘要】:為研究復(fù)合定形相變材料對(duì)瀝青混合料路用性能的影響,制備瀝青路面用復(fù)合定形相變材料,測(cè)定相變材料的相變溫度、相變焓等熱物性參數(shù),借助馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度試驗(yàn)、低溫彎曲試驗(yàn)、凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)與車轍試驗(yàn)等方法研究摻加復(fù)合定形相變材料瀝青混合料的路用性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于最佳瀝青用量,摻與未摻復(fù)合定形相變材料的瀝青混合料差別很小;復(fù)合定形相變材料可顯著改善瀝青混合料的低溫抗裂性能;復(fù)合定形相變材料有利于提高瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)定性;對(duì)于動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度,基質(zhì)瀝青混合料的明顯大于摻加復(fù)合定形相變材料的瀝青混合料,且瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性隨著復(fù)合定形相變材料摻量的增大而降低。綜合考慮摻加復(fù)合定形相變材料瀝青混合料的路用性能,推薦本研究制備的復(fù)合定形相變材料在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中采取0.3%的摻量。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of composite set phase change material on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture, the composite set phase change material for asphalt pavement was prepared, and the phase change temperature and enthalpy of phase change material were measured, and the Marshall stability test was used to study the effect of phase change material on the road performance of asphalt mixture. The low temperature bending test, freeze-thaw splitting test and rutting test were used to study the pavement performance of asphalt mixture with compound fixed phase change material. The experimental results show that for the optimum asphalt content, the difference between the asphalt mixture with and without the composite set phase change material is very small, and the low temperature crack resistance of the asphalt mixture can be significantly improved by the composite set phase change material. The composite set phase change material is helpful to improve the water stability of asphalt mixture. For dynamic stability, the base asphalt mixture is obviously larger than the asphalt mixture mixed with the composite fixed phase change material, and the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture decreases with the increase of the content of the composite set phase change material. Considering the pavement performance of asphalt mixture with composite phase change material, it is recommended that the content of 0.3% should be adopted in the practical application of the composite set phase change material prepared in this study.
