蘭青線湟水河2號橋橋墩基礎(chǔ)加固研究

【摘要】:我國經(jīng)濟的騰飛和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)是緊密配合的,橋梁事業(yè)發(fā)展也是借助于這種形勢,承擔著保持交通暢通的重要任務。但是一些橋梁修建于上個世紀六七十年代,服役期已經(jīng)達到50年,當時的規(guī)范要求,環(huán)境條件和現(xiàn)在相比已經(jīng)有了巨大的變化,一是速度的變化,我國鐵路經(jīng)歷了幾次大的提速;二是火車的軸重變大,運輸更加頻繁,顯然大多數(shù)橋梁不能夠推倒重建,只能加固后評估合格繼續(xù)使用,所以鐵路橋梁的加固和維修成為了一種常態(tài)。本文依托蘭青線K36+879湟水河2#橋加固項目,該橋位于蘭州市紅古區(qū)河嘴村西側(cè),湟水河下游,是蘭青鐵路上行線上跨越湟水河的橋梁之一。墩臺基礎(chǔ)沖刷檢測中發(fā)現(xiàn)了橋墩局部沖刷嚴重,部分橋墩河床地面線和橋墩基底距離小于安全距離;在橋梁狀態(tài)檢測中發(fā)現(xiàn)部分橋墩最大振幅超出最大振幅推斷值,需要進行維修加固。根據(jù)蘭青線K36+879湟水河2#橋的病害情況,依據(jù)國內(nèi)外對橋梁墩臺局部沖刷的研究,討論了不同橋梁的的水毀破壞的典型案例,進行了多種因素導致橋梁墩臺基礎(chǔ)淺基沖刷的研究;同時也探討了橋梁的加固原則和加固方法,依照實際情況,找到合理的加固方案。文章根據(jù)鐵路橋規(guī)對橋梁加固前后分別用不同工況下進行了結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力計算、分析和比較,提出了針對橋梁病害的加固方案,對加固前后橋墩的檢算,以及加固后橋梁動力特性實測梁體自振頻率、撓度和橋墩的橫向振幅都是滿足規(guī)范要求。說明本文研究方法是可信的,加固方案也是切實可行的。通過對該項目的研究,對于蘭青線K36+879湟水河2#橋病害的整治,取得了良好的社會效益和明顯的經(jīng)濟效益。本文對蘭青線K6+879湟水河2#橋加固工程運用已有規(guī)范進行靜力方面的檢算分析,實際檢測來分析橋梁的動力特征,以此來判斷橋梁的運行狀態(tài)安全與否,這為其它鋼筋混凝土簡支梁鐵路橋梁的加固提高了參考,也為舊橋的橋梁墩臺基底狀況對穩(wěn)定的影響提供了一定依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's economy and the construction of infrastructure are closely coordinated, and the development of the bridge undertaking undertakes the important task of keeping the traffic unimpeded by virtue of this situation. However, some bridges were built in the 1960s and 1970s, and the duration of service has reached 50 years. At that time, the standard requirements and environmental conditions have changed greatly compared with the present. One is the change in speed. The railway of our country has experienced several times of increasing speed; Second, the axle load of the train becomes larger and the transportation is more frequent. Obviously, most bridges can not be pushed down and rebuilt, but can only be evaluated after reinforcement and continue to be used, so the reinforcement and maintenance of railway bridges has become a normal condition. This paper relies on the project of strengthening the bridge of the Lanqing Line K36879 Huangshui River, which is located at the west side of Hezui Village, Honggui District, Lanzhou City, and the lower reaches of the Huangshui River. It is one of the bridges across the Huangshui River on the upstream line of the Lanqing Railway. In the scour detection of pier and abutment foundation, it is found that the local scour of the pier is serious, and the distance between the ground line of the riverbed and the base of the pier is less than the safe distance. In the detection of bridge state, it is found that the maximum amplitude of some piers exceeds the maximum amplitude inferred value, so it is necessary to carry out maintenance and reinforcement. According to the disease situation of K36879 Huangshui River Bridge in Lanqing Line, and based on the research on local scour of bridge pier and abutment at home and abroad, the typical cases of water damage of different bridges are discussed. The study on the erosion of shallow foundation of bridge pier and abutment caused by many factors is carried out. At the same time, the reinforcement principle and method of the bridge are discussed, and the reasonable reinforcement scheme is found according to the actual situation. According to the static calculation, analysis and comparison of the bridge before and after reinforcement by the railway bridge rules, the paper puts forward the reinforcement scheme for the bridge diseases, and checks and calculates the piers before and after reinforcement. The measured natural vibration frequency deflection and lateral amplitude of bridge pier meet the requirements of the code. It shows that the research method in this paper is credible and the reinforcement scheme is feasible. Through the research of this project, the disease treatment of the bridge of K36879 Huangshuihe River in Lanqing Line has obtained good social benefit and obvious economic benefit. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the bridge are analyzed by using the existing codes in the reinforcement project of the K6879 Huangshuihe River Bridge on the Lanqing Line, and the dynamic characteristics of the bridge are analyzed by the actual inspection, so as to judge the safety or not of the bridge's running state. This provides a reference for the reinforcement of other reinforced concrete simply supported railway bridges, and also provides a certain basis for the influence of the foundation condition of the old bridge pier and abutment on the stability.
