面向網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法

【摘要】:通過(guò)算例計(jì)算和比較分析,在選擇合理的定量化交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率計(jì)算方法的基礎(chǔ)上,建立面向網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)雙層規(guī)劃模型,并基于遺傳算法和Frank-Wolfe算法設(shè)計(jì)模型的求解方法。計(jì)算分析結(jié)果表明:相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的以系統(tǒng)總阻抗最小為目標(biāo)的優(yōu)化決策方案,本文所提出的以網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率最優(yōu)為目標(biāo)的優(yōu)化方案,更注重于提高當(dāng)前交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的利用率和流量分布的均衡性,從而能以最小的投入在最大程度上緩解交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)擁堵,并能高效解決路段車流分布不均及個(gè)別路段的過(guò)飽和等矛盾。
[Abstract]:On the basis of selecting reasonable quantitative traffic network efficiency calculation method, a traffic network design bilevel programming model for network efficiency is established by example calculation and comparative analysis. And based on genetic algorithm and Frank-Wolfe algorithm design model solution method. The results of calculation and analysis show that compared with the traditional optimization scheme with the minimum total impedance as the objective, this paper proposes an optimization scheme with the optimal network efficiency as the objective. More attention should be paid to improving the utilization ratio of current transportation network infrastructure and the balance of traffic distribution, so as to reduce traffic congestion to the greatest extent with minimal investment. It can efficiently solve the problems of uneven distribution of traffic flow and supersaturation of individual sections.
