考慮泥皮厚度的紅層泥巖樁基承載力計算公式修正
[Abstract]:Through indoor pile-rock shear test, numerical simulation and pile foundation model test, the influence of mud thickness on the bearing capacity of red layer mudstone pile foundation is studied, and the correction coefficient of bearing capacity of red layer mudstone pile foundation under different thickness of mud crust is proposed. The formula of bearing capacity of red mudstone pile foundation is modified. In order to establish the constitutive model of pile-rock interface under the action of mud crust, laboratory tests were carried out and it was found that the mechanical properties of the pile-rock interface in red layer showed strain-softening characteristics; The peak residual strength of the contact surface was decreased by 47.7% and 53.4%, respectively, and the residual friction angle and cohesion decreased by 39.5% and 34.4%, respectively. Based on the test results, a strain softening constitutive model of pile-rock interface is established and implanted into FLAC3D to simulate the influence of different thickness of mud skin on the bearing capacity of pile foundation. The results show that the bearing capacity of pile foundation decreases with the increase of mud thickness. The pile-rock interaction is determined by the strength of the mud crust when its thickness exceeds 50 mm. According to the calculation results, the relationship between the bearing ratio of pile foundation and the thickness of mud skin is analyzed, and the correction coefficient of bearing capacity is put forward. On this basis, a set of indoor pile foundation model test device is designed, which verifies the rationality of the correction coefficient.
